Study On Electrosensitization Of Acupoints Related To Infantile Anorexia Treated By Massage Based On Data Mining

Objective:Based on data mining technology,the high-frequency acupoints of modern massage in the treatment of infantile anorexia(Spleen-stomach qi deficiency type)were sorted out and screened,and the sensitization law of high-frequency acupoints related to massage in the treatment of infantile anorexia was further explored,so as to provide literature and theoretical basis for acupoint sensitization of massage in the treatment of infantile anorexia.Methods:1.literature researchThe retrieval strategy was formulated,the inclusion and exclusion criteria of literature were determined,and the database of modern literature on massage therapy for infantile anorexia(spleen-stomach deficiency type)was established.Excel and IBM SPSS Modeler were used to analyze the high-frequency acupoints,support and correlation of massage therapy for infantile anorexia.2.clinical researchBased on data mining,the high-frequency acupoints of massage in the treatment of infantile anorexia were detected by traditional Chinese medicine meridian detector.The meridian values of high-frequency acupoints and the abnormal state of twelve meridians in children with anorexia and healthy children were detected,and the differences in the meridian values of high-frequency acupoints and the abnormal state of twelve meridians between the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:1.literature researchA total of 59 references on massage therapy for infantile anorexia(spleen-stomach qi deficiency type)were included in the literature screening,59 prescriptions were counted,46 acupoints were used,and the total frequency was 376 times.The frequency of clinical treatment of infantile anorexia acupoints from high to low is ridge,spleen meridian,abdomen,Zu sanli,Nei bagua,Ban men,Si hengwen,Pi shu,Wei shu,Zhong wan;acupoints mainly concentrated in the palm finger palm back;the highest correlation point pair is spine-spleen meridian,spleen meridian-Zu sanli-spine.2.clinical researchThe meridian values of anorexia children(spleen and stomach qi deficiency type)in spleen meridian,Zu sanli,Ban men,Si hengwen and Zhong wan acupoints were significantly different from those of healthy children(P< 0.05);There were abnormal meridians and collaterals in anorexia children and healthy children.There were significant differences in the abnormal rates of spleen meridian,stomach meridian and liver meridian between anorexia children and healthy children(P < 0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in the abnormal rate of meridians and collaterals of spleen meridian of foot Taiyin,stomach meridian of foot Yangming,liver meridian of foot Jueyin between the left and right sides of anorexia children(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the abnormal rate of twelve meridians on both sides of the left and right in healthy children(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Massage treatment of infantile anorexia(spleen and stomach qi deficiencytype)high frequency points from high to low are ridge,spleen meridian,abdomen,Zu sanli,internal gossip,plate door,four horizontal lines,Pi shu,Wei shu,Zhong wan;based on the analysis of acupoint sensitization results,the spleen meridian,Zu sanli,Ban men,Si hengwen and Zhong wan of children with anorexia showed an sensitization state.The spleen meridian of Foot Taiyin,the stomach meridian of Foot Yangming and the liver meridian of Foot Jueyin were closely related to anorexia in children.
