Study On Constitution Classification Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Patients With Non-traumatic Femoral Head Necrosis In Early Stage

Objective Under the guidance of TCM constitution theory,to explore the differences in the distribution of constitution types between patients with early non-traumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head(NONFH)and healthy adults.The differences in the distribution of physical types under age,BMI,etiology and other factors provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of femoral head necrosis.Methods The early NONFH patients who visited the outpatient clinic were selected as the research objects,and the healthy adults who underwent physical examination during the same period were randomly selected as the control.Under the guidance of senior TCM physicians,the TCM constitution was identified with the help of the Shanghai Daosheng Four Diagnosis Instrument,and the patient’s medical history was collected at the same time.Results There were 105 cases in the NONFH group and 110 cases in the healthy adult group.(1)Distribution of basic constitution types: There were statistically significant differences between the NONFH group and the healthy adult group in terms of peaceful constitution,single-bias constitution,and a combination of various biased constitutions(P=0.03<0.05),among which the NONFH group had a single-bias constitution The physique is the most,and the healthy adult group has the most peaceful physique.There was a statistically significant difference between the NONFH group and the healthy adult group in the main constitution types(P=0.002<0.05).The top3 constitution types in the NONFH group were: damp-heat constitution,phlegm-damp constitution,peaceful constitution;healthy The top 3constitution types in the adult group are: peace constitution,yang deficiency constitution,phlegm damp constitution.There was a statistically significant difference in the total frequency of each constitution type between the NONFH group and the healthy adult group(P=0.009<0.05).The top 3 constitution types in the NONFH group were:phlegm-dampness,damp-heat,and yang deficiency.The top 3 physical types in the healthy adult group were: peace,yang deficiency,and phlegmdampness.(2)Comparing the distribution of constitution types under different genders in early NONFH patients,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001<0.05);the distribution of constitution types under different age groups was statistically significant(P=0.008<0.05);The distribution of constitution types under BMI showed a statistically significant difference(P=0.01<0.05);the distribution of constitution types under different etiologies was statistically significant(P=0.006<0.05).Conclusion(1)The distribution of physical types in early NONFH patients is significantly different from that in healthy adults.(2)The patients with early NONFH mostly had a biased constitution,and the constitution types were mainly phlegm-dampness,damp-heat,and yang deficiency.(3)The distribution of early NONFH patients in different genders,age groups,BMI,and etiology were different in the distribution of constitution types.
