Objective: Explore Qingchang Mixture for postoperative anal drip in patients with gastric cancer, intervention of related factors,in order to regulate Th1/Th2 immune imbalance, reduce postoperative abdominal inflammation and thus promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, for the use of traditional Chinese medicine after gastrointestinal cancer surgery to promote rapid recovery provides a new research method. Methods: A retrospective analysis and randomized controlled study were conducted to collect certain patients who visited the Department of Gastrointestinal and Hernia Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to November2021 and underwent gastric cancer surgery.According to the criteria,60 patients included in the clinical observation were randomly divided into control group(n = 30)and experimental group(n = 30).Control group: 3days after operation, anal drip of warm saline was given daily;experimental group: 3 days after operation, anal drip of Qingchang Mixture was given daily;morning blood was obtained 1 day before operation and on postoperative days 1,3,and 5 to detect tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR),creatinine,neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),C-reactive protein(CRP),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),white blood cell(WBC),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and urea nitrogen in liver and kidney function. The first bowel sound time, first exhaust and defecation time, tongue coating pulse related changes and postoperative incision infection, dehiscence, pulmonary infection and other conditions were recorded and compared between the two groups.During treatment, closely monitor the patient’s vital signs and related factors, and timely intervene in response to adverse reactions.Results:1.The occurrence time of the first bowel sounds and the time of the first exhaust and defecation in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and there was significant difference(P<0.05);2.The preoperative IL-6,TNF-α,PLR,NLR and other inflammatory indicators in the two groups were statistically analyzed, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05);3.The IL-6,TNF-α,PLR,NLR and other inflammatory indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and there was significant difference(P<0.05);4.The TNF-α levels in the two groups were statistically analyzed 1 day before surgery, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference;the TNF-αlevels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group on the 3rd day after surgery and the 5th day after surgery, and there was significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Postoperative anal drip of Qingchang Mixture can advance the occurrence time of the first bowel sounds and the time of the first exhaust and defecation in patients after gastric cancer surgery, and promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function.2.Anal instillation after Qingchang Mixture surgery can not only effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients, reduce the postoperative intraabdominal inflammatory response, but also promote the postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery.
