Cluster Analysis Was Used To Study The Distribution Of TCM Syndromes And Syndrome Types In Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:To explore the distribution of TCM syndrome elements in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),and summarize the TCM syndrome types of PCOS by using the method of cluster analysis,in order to provide a more standard and clear idea of syndrome differentiation and treatment for TCM clinical treatment of PCOS.Methods:According to the purpose of the study,we designed the "questionnaire on the general situation of PCOS patients" and "TCM syndrome syndrome Element investigation form ",which adopts the method of questionnaire survey and combined with the theory of syndrome element syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,carries out general situation investigation and syndrome element syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for PCOS patients who meet the inclusion criteria,establishes the original database through Excel software,and imports SPSS26.0 software for data analysis and processing.Results:1.Through the investigation and Research on the general situation of patients,it is found that PCOS patients are mostly 18～24 years old,most of them have bachelor’s degree or above,and most of them are school students and technicians.The influencing factors of this disease are mostly related to daily impermanence,eating fat and sweet,lack of exercise,mental tension,exposure to chemicals,family genetic history and so on.2.The main distribution of disease location syndrome elements in patients with PCOS is: uterus > liver > kidney > spleen.3.The main distribution of pathogenic syndrome elements in patients with PCOS is: Qi stagnation > blood stasis= Yang deficiency > Qi deficiency >dampness > Yin deficiency > phlegm.4.In PCOS patients,syndrome elements are mostly mixed with liver and kidney disease,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome elements.In addition,the most frequent syndrome elements are: liver + spleen > liver + kidney >kidney + spleen;The most frequent disease syndrome elements are: Qi stagnation + blood stasis >Qi stagnation + Yang deficiency > Yang deficiency+ Qi deficiency > Qi stagnation + Qi deficiency > blood stasis + Yang deficiency.5.After cluster analysis of syndromes,four syndrome types of PCOS patients were obtained: liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness excess syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:1.Disordered work and rest,improper diet,lack of exercise,obesity and heredity are the risk factors of the disease.2.The syndrome elements of PCOS patients mainly include uterus,liver,kidney and spleen;3.The pathogenic syndrome elements of PCOS patients mainly include qi stagnation,blood stasis,Yang deficiency and phlegm dampness;4.There are four common clinical types of PCOS patients: liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness excess syndrome and spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome;...
