| Objective:Through the plum pill in the treatment of fever type ulcerative colitis with mixed anxiety state of clinical research,observation of patients after treatment of clinical effectiveness,clinical remission rate,state anxiety score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and TCM syndrome score,single symptom integral,endoscopic response rates and mucosal healing rate of change,for the Chinese and western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis combined anxiety state to provide new way of thinking.Method:In this clinical observation,a total of 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Both groups were given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,and the treatment group was given ummei pill on the basis of mesalazine enteric-coated tablets.The treatment period of the two groups was 24 weeks.Before and after treatment,the patients’ general signs,modified Mayo Mayo score,HAMA anxiety scale,TCM syndrome score scale and liver and kidney function were recorded.Statistical analysis was conducted to evaluate the efficacy according to clinical data.Results:The main results are as follows:(1)the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 81.82%,the clinical effective rate of the control group was 56.25%;The clinical effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Clinical remission rate: The clinical response rate in the treatment group was 33.33% and the control group was 12.50%;The clinical remission rate in treatment group was slightly better than that in control group(P<0.05).(3)in terms of anxiety state: After 24 weeks of treatment,HAMA scores in both groups were lower than before(P<0.05),the effective rate of the treatment group was 69.70%,the effective rate of the control group was 46.88%,and The clinical effective rate of HAMA in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Endoscopic response rate: the endoscopic response rate of the observation group was 84.85%,the endoscopic response rate of the control group was 62.50%.The control group was significantly lower than the treatment group(P<0.05).(5)Mucosal healing rate: the mucosal healing rate of the treatment group was 48.48%,and t hat of the control group was 31.25%.There were no significant differences in the above-mentioned comparisons(P>0.05).(6)Total score of TCM syndromes: The TCM syndrome score of treatment group and control group was lower than 24 weeks before(P<0.05);The total effective rate of TCM efficacy index in the treatment group was 84.85%,and the control group was 68.75%,there are significant difference s(P<0.05).(7)Single score of TCM syndromes: The single score of TCM syndromes in both groups after treatment was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucus,pus and blood stool,thirst and no desire to drink in the treatment group compared with before treatment(P<0.001).Compared with the control groups,the results showed tha the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in abdominal pain,mucus pus and blood stool,anal burning,chills and limb cold,thirst and hunger and hunger(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in diarrhea between the two groups(P>0.05).(8)Safety indexes: There was no statistical significance in liver and kidney function indexes before and after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),and there were no obvious adverse reactions or toxic side reactions between the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Wumei Pill combined with mesalazine in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis can effectively improve the patient’s anxiety state,clinical efficacy,increase the response rate of endoscopy,induce mucosal relief,and improve TCM symptoms.The efficacy is better than that of western medicine alone,and the safety is higher,which can be further popularized and used in clinic. |
