Clinical Observation Of Ziyin Xiaopi Recipe In Treating Type 2 Diabetic Gastroparesis (Stomach Yin Deficiency Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Ziyin Xiao pi Recipe on type 2 diabetic gastroparesis(stomach yin deficiency type).Methods:66 patients of type 2 diabetes gastroparesis with stomach yin deficiency were randomly divided into experimental group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases).The control group was given 0.5g BID of metformin hydrochloride tablets,2mg QD of glimepiride tablets and 5mg TID of mosapride citrate tablets,and the experimental group was given Ziyin Xiaopi Recipe on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment of both groups was 8 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,fasting blood glucose,blood glucose 2 hours after breakfast,glycosylated hemoglobin,gastric emptying rate,three routines,liver function,renal function,ECG,vital signs and adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment.Spss20.0 statistical software was used to evaluate the effect and safety of Ziyin Xiaopi Recipe in the treatment of diabetes gastroparesis with stomach yin deficiency.Results: 1.The indexes of blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and gastric emptying rate of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Except that there was no significant difference in the score of five heart upset heat syndrome in the control group compared with that before treatment,the scores of other TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);In the experimental group,1 case was cured,4 cases were markedly effective,23 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,0 cases were cured,1 case was markedly effective,14 cases were effective,15 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was53.33%(P<0.05).3.There were no significant abnormalities in the three routine,liver function,renal function,ECG and vital signs of the two groups before and after treatment;During the treatment,one case of diarrhea occurred in the experimental group and the control group respectively,which improved without special treatment,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion: The effect of the treatment scheme in the experimental group is better than that in the control group,which can improve the TCM syndrome,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,gastric emptying rate and other indicators,suggesting that Ziyin Xiaopi recipe combined with western medicine has a reliable effect in the treatment of diabetes gastroparesis with stomach yin deficiency type,which is worthy of clinical reference.
