Research purpose:This essay is to discuss the curative effect of fracture of femoral shaft with combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine by comparing the clinical treatment of fracture of femoral shaft with interlocking intramedullary nail accompanied with blood-circulating analgesic soup based on the theory of equal attention to sinew and bone,so as to provide theoretical and practical evidence for this clinical treatment method.Method:36 in-patients who received surgical treatment for fracture of femoral shaft between September 2019 and November 2021 in the Department of Orthopedics,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine have been randomly selected for the interlocking intramedullary nail group(Observation)and the locking compression plate group(Control)each. Both groups take the blood-circulating analgesic soup and observed for the clinical curative effects. Results:The observation group and the control group have no statistical differences gender and age.LOS-wise,the observation group and the control group have no statistical differences,P<0.05,but the observation group has evidently shorter LOS than the control group;the observation group has evident better effect than the control group in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and postoperative drainage,P<0.01.Both groups have gradually dropping VAS pain grades, but the observation group has lighter VAS at the same time.Three-day,1-month,and 3-month post-operation VAS all have evident statistical differences,P<0.01,but the 1-month,and 3-month post-operation VAS of the observation group are all better than those of the control group,P<0.05.The two groups have no statistical differences in the comparison of curative effects 3 months after the operation, but the observation group has evidently better good rate; The observation group also has better knee joint HSS rating 3 months after the operation than the control group,P<0.01.Lower limb weight-bearing function of the observation group is evidently better than the control group, with significant statistical difference,P<0.01.There is no evident difference in 1-month post-operation X-ray callus score,P>0.05,but the observation group evidently outperforms the control group in 3-month post-operation X-ray callus score,P<0.05.Conclusion:The interlocking intramedullary nail group complies more with the theory of equal attention to sinew and bone and yields more impressive curative effect due to less blood loss, shorter operation time, and better restoration of joint functions after operation.
