Objective:To verify the clinical efficacy of zhuang’s trans-tendon therapy for gluteal epithelial nerve compression syndrome by comparing the clinical efficacy of zhuang’s trans-tendon therapy(trans-tendon massage+fire needle+cupping)and TCM comprehensive therapy(TRADITIONAL Chinese massage+ordinary acupuncture+cupping)in treating gluteal epithelial nerve compression syndrome.Methods:80 cases of buttock epithelial nerve viega profi-press syndrome patients, randomly divided into observation group(40 cases strong medical classics muscle therapy)and control group(40 cases of TCM comprehensive therapy)Interval of 1 day for each course of treatment,3 times between treatment 2 days apart, curative effect evaluation after the three course curative effect evaluation:JO A score,VAS score and clinical curative effect evaluation SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis of the treatment results and data of the two groups.Results:1.Comparison of baseline data:there was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, course of disease,JOA score and VAS score before treatment(P>0.05),with comparability.2.Comparison of waist activity function assessment results:JOA in both groups improved significantly after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),zhuang’s trans-tendon therapy was superior to TCM comprehensive therapy in improving the lumbar mobility dysfunction in patients with gluteal epithelial nerve compression syndrome(P<0.05).3.Comparison of pain assessment results:VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the TBT of Zhuang medicine was superior to the comprehensive TCM therapy in alleviating the symptoms of back pain in patients with gluteal epithelial nerve compression syndrome(P<0.05).4.Comparison of evaluation results of adverse reactions:the occurrence of adverse reactions was less in the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the zhuang medical meridian therapy group than in the TCM comprehensive therapy group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of overall efficacy:after the treatment of the two groups, the total clinical effective rate of the zhuang medical meridian therapy group was 92.5%(P<0.05),the total effective rate of TCM combined therapy group was 80%(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of gluteal epithelial nerve compression syndrome, both the traditional Chinese medicine meridian therapy and the traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy have good efficacy, the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine meridian therapy is obviously better than the traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy, and the traditional Chinese medicine meridian therapy has more significant effect in alleviating the pain degree and improving the patients’ waist movement disorder. The treatment of gluteal epithelial nerve compression syndrome by trans-tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine has definite curative effect and low adverse reaction, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
