OBJECTIVE: By observing the clinical efficacy of Shaolin cream in the early rehabilitation treatment after anterior cruciate knee reconstruction,the application value and mechanism of Shaolin cream in the treatment of residual symptoms after ACL reconstruction were investigated to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of residual symptoms after ACL reconstruction.METHODS: From January 2020 to January 2022,a total of 60 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury in the Department of Joint and Sports Medicine,Guangxi Orthopaedic Hospital were enrolled.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,single-bundle reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament injury with autologous tendon was performed during hospitalization.According to the principle of random control,the two groups of patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group by using SPSS25.0 statistical software,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given external application of Shaolin ointment,a strong medicine produced in our hospital,once a day,150 g each time,spread out and applied to the affected knee for 30 minutes,for a total of 7days;the control group was given local ice compress,once a day,each ice compress The affected knee joint was treated for 30 minutes for 7 days.Both the treatment group and the control group started treatment on the 4th day after operation.The knee joint temperature,knee joint swelling degree,knee joint range of motion,VAS score and knee joint Lysholm score were collected before treatment,10 days after treatment,20 days after treatment,and 30 days after treatment.Counting from one day,the collected data were analyzed by SPSS25.0,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated by analyzing and observing indicators.RESULTS: 1.60 patients were included in this study,including 30 patients in the treatment group,13 males and 17 females,with a mean age of 34.30±12.25 years and a mean weight of 66.57± 5.88 Kg.30 patients in the control group,12 males and 18 females,with a mean age of 34.10±12.74 years and a mean weight of 64.77 ± 7.40 Kg;the baseline data of the treatment and control groups in terms of gender,Baseline data such as age,disease location and weight,as well as pre-treatment knee temperature,knee swelling degree,knee mobility,VAS score and knee Lysholm score,showed that the P value was greater than 0.05,and the differences were not statistically significant and comparable.2.There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of baseline data and pre-treatment knee temperature,knee swelling,knee mobility,VAS score and knee Lysholm score,which were comparable.Within-group comparison:knee temperature,knee swelling,knee mobility,VAS score and knee Lysholm score were statistically significant in the treatment group before treatment compared with each observed time point after treatment(P < 0.05);the differences in knee temperature and knee swelling in the control group before treatment compared with 10 days after treatment were not statistically significant(P > 0.05),compared with 20 days after treatment and 30 days after treatment were statistically significant,and knee mobility,VAS score and knee Lysholm score were statistically significant before treatment compared with each observed time point after treatment(P <0.05).3.Comparison between groups: The differences in knee temperature,knee swelling degree,VAS score,and knee Lysholm score between the two groups were statistically significant at 10 days after treatment,20 days after treatment,and 30 days after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in knee mobility between the two groups when comparing 10 days after treatment,20 days after treatment,and 30 days after treatment(P > 0.05).4.There was a correlation between knee temperature and knee Lysholm score,and with the increase of knee temperature,knee Lysholm showed a tendency to decrease,showing a negative correlation.The correlation coefficient r=-0.460,P=0.010(P<0.05)30 days after treatment,the difference was statistically significant,and the difference between knee temperature and knee Lysholm score was considered significant.Conclusion: 1.After anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,Zhuangyao Shaolin ointment treatment can significantly improve the postoperative temperature rise,pain and swelling,and significantly improve the postoperative knee joint function,and the therapy is less painful,safe and non-invasive,The operation is simple,and there are few patients with repeated symptoms in the short and medium term,which is worthy of promotion in primary medical institutions.2.Knee joint temperature may affect the recovery of knee joint function,showing a negative correlation. |
