Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yuyao prescription in the treatment of adenomyosis with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, and to explore the feasibility and practicability of the treatment of this disease. Methods: A total of 60 patients who met the diagnosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome adenomyosis and met the inclusion criteria were selected from the department of Gynecology outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine from April2021 to September 2021.According to random number table method,30 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group, and were treated with Zizhu Prescription and Sanjie Zhentong capsule for 3menstrual cycles respectively. The scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms,TCM syndrome scores, uterine volume and serum CA125 were observed before and after treatment in the two groups, and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:1.Comparison of dysmenorrhea symptom scores and efficacy: there was no statistical significance in dysmenorrhea symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, dysmenorrhea symptom scores were decreased in both groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the treatment group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 63:33%.After treatment, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores and efficacy: before treatment,THERE was no statistical significance in TCM syndrome scores of the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment, the treatment group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%.After treatment, the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Comparison of uterine volume: there was no statistical significance in uterine volume between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in uterine volume before and after treatment in the treatment group(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in uterine volume before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).4.Changes in serum CA125 level: there was no statistical difference in serum CA125 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the serum CA125 values within and between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.5.Comprehensive efficacy: in the treatment group, there were 4 cases of marked effect,20 cases of effective effect and 6 cases of ineffective effect, with a total effective rate of 80.00%;In the control group,1 case was effective,15 cases were effective and 14 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 53.33%.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusions: Through clinical observation and study,it is found that for the patients with adenomyosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, taking The decoction of Zheng Guo has a very good effect, can reduce the patients’ dysmenorrhea, reduce the serum CA125 and TCM syndrome score. After statistical analysis, there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of Ziguo prescription was better than that of Sanjie Zhantong capsule. Therefore,Ziguo prescription provides an alternative plan for patients who intend to take TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine treatment. |
