Clinical Analysis Of Quyou Granule In Treating Verruca Plana And Its Influence On T Lymphocyte Subsets In Peripheral Blood

Objective:To evaluate the value and advantage of Quyou Granule in treating verruca plana by observing the curative effect of Quyou Granule in clinical application of verruca plana and its influence on T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood,and to explore the possible mechanism of its treatment of verruca plana,so as to find a method with good curative effect,low recurrence rate,little side effects and high safety for clinical treatment of verruca plana.Methods:Cases were taken from dermatology clinic of Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for verruca plana They were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group,Give the tutor experience prescription Quyou granules orally,30 cases in control group were given Yupingfeng granule orally and tretinoin cream externally.The changes of skin lesions and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared,and the curative effect was judged after 4 weeks.At the same time,the levels of CD4+ and CD8+ in peripheral blood of the two groups before and after treatment were detected to observe the influence of Quyou granule on cellular immune function of patients with verruca plana.Results:In the treatment group,9 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were improved and 2 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 93.33%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were improved and 6 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 80.00%.The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Clinical efficacy:Both of the two treatments can improve skin lesions,and the improvement in the treatment group is better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Immunological indices:The levels of CD4+ and CD8+ in peripheral blood could be restored to normal level by the two treatment regimens,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Safety indicators:There were no significant changes in liver function,kidney function,blood routine and other safety indicators between the two groups.There were 3 mild adverse reactions in the treatment group and 5 mild adverse reactions in the control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Half a year after drug withdrawal,follow-up showed that the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 10.00%,while that in the control group was 33.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quyou Granule,a tutor’s experience prescription based on the principle of invigorating qi and consolidating exterior surface,dispelling wind and detoxicating,can obviously subside the skin lesions of patients with verruca plana,and restore the levels of CD4+ and CD8+ in peripheral blood to normal levels,with low recurrence rate,little side effects and high safety.
