Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of tendon-regulating manipulation combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum myofasecial pelvic pain syndrome(MFPP)with cold-dampness and stasis syndrome, and to provide new ideas and effective ways for the treatment of MFPP with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into three groups. The electrical stimulation group was treated with electrical stimulation, the manipulation group was treated with tendon-regulating manipulation, and the comprehensive group was treated with tendon-regulating manipulation combined with electrical stimulation. The three groups were treated for 10 times as a course of treatment. The subjective VAS score, tenderness VAS score,TCM symptom score, local signs score, pelvic floor electromyography parameters, and quality of life score before and after treatment were counted, and the curative effect was evaluated after treatment, and statistical analysis was performed. Results: 1.Subjective VAS score and tenderness VAS score : the comprehensive group was lower than the electrical stimulation group and the manipulation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the electrical stimulation group and the manipulation group(P>0.05).2.TCM symptom score : comprehensive group, manipulation group were lower than electrical stimulation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comprehensive group was lower than the manual group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Local signs score : the comprehensive group, manipulation group were lower than the electrical stimulation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comprehensive group was lower than the manual group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Clinical efficacy : The clinical efficacy of comprehensive group and manipulation group were better than electrical stimulation group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.017).The clinical efficacy of the comprehensive group was better than that of the manipulation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017).5.Pelvic floor electromyographic parameters : The resting potentials before and after treatment in the comprehensive group and manipulation group were lower than those in the electrical stimulation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive group was lower than the manual group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maximum amplitude of fast muscle, slow muscle and average amplitude of endurance contraction stage in the comprehensive group and the manipulation group were higher than those in the electrical stimulation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive group was higher than the manual group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Quality of life score :comprehensive group, manipulation group were higher than electrical stimulation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comprehensive group was higher than the manual group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.No adverse reactions occurred in the three groups during treatment. Conclusion: The application of tendon-regulating manipulation combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum MFPP of cold-dampness stagnation type can effectively reduce muscle tension, coordinate muscle relaxation and contraction, slow down pelvic pain and pelvic floor tenderness, improve TCM symptoms and local signs, and improve the quality of life of patients. The curative effect is superior, and there is no adverse reaction. The compliance of patients is good, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
