Clinical Observation Of Compound Huangbai Liquid Combined With Fuzheng Xiaoliu Tablet In The Treatment Of Anastomotic Inflammation After Anterior Resection Of Rectal Cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound Huangbai liquid combined with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Tablet in the treatment of Anastomotic inflammation after Anterior Resection of Rectal Cancer.Method:According to the principle of random control,60 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The observation group was treated with compound Huangbai liquid 30 ml enema twice a day;Fuzheng Xiaoliu tablets were taken orally,10 tablets each time,3 times a day,and all of them continued for4 weeks.The control group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid 30 ml enema twice a day,10 ml orally,3 times a day,for 4 weeks.Observe and record the changes of anastomotic mucosa,symptoms such as anal swelling,pain,frequency of defecation and occult blood in stool before and after treatment,respectively,and score with self-made score sheet.All the data obtained are analyzed by SPSS26.0 software and a conclusion is drawn.Result:A total of 60 cases were included in this study,with 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.There were no shedding and elimination cases in both groups.Generally speaking,there is no statistical difference and comparable sex composition and age distribution between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in symptoms,index scores and total scores between the two groups before treatment and comparable in terms of anal distension,anal pain,daily stool frequency,intestinal mucosa changes at the anastomotic stoma and fecal occult blood(P>0.05).There were significant statistical differences in symptoms,index scores and total scores between the observation group before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.01).There was a significant statistical difference between the control group before and after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Comparing the two groups after taking medicine,compound Huangbai liquid combined with Fuzheng Xiaoliu tablet can improve the clinical symptoms and related indicators of patients with anastomotic stomatitis after Anterior Resection of Rectal Cancer,such as anal distension,anal pain,increased stool frequency,intestinal mucosal changes at anastomotic stoma,fecal occult blood,etc.,and it is superior to Kangfuxin liquid,which can improve the quality of life of patients,increase the success rate of operation,and also provide more diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical treatment of Anastomotic inflammation after Anterior Resection of Rectal Cancer.
