| Objective:To study the difference of pulse sound waves between menstrual period and premenstrual period of healthy female college students,and to explore whether such differential sound waves are specific and the plane position information of the specific sound waves.Method:The Song’s Hydroacoustics Pulse Diagnosis Instrument developed by the Luccheng Song’s team was used to collect the Cunkou pulse sound waves of healthy female college students during menstrual period and premenstrual period,to explore the specific changes of pulse waves during menstrual period,and the information at the level and point of Cun Guan Chi.And the diagnostic experimental study was carried out,in order to evaluate the diagnostic value of characteristic acoustic pulse in menstrual period.Results:In this study,it was found that the characteristic sound waves which were different between menstrual period and premenstrual period appeared in the posterior segment of the second heart sound in the fourth layer of bilateral Chi pulse.The frequency range of pulse acoustic energy concentration during menstrual period and premenstrual period is in the range of 0-125 Hz,and it is centered on 62.5Hz,which belongs to the range of low frequency audible sound waves.The differences between pre-menstrual period and pre-menstrual period are: 1.In the time domain,pre-menstrual period has higher wave amplitude in the second heart sound segment,while menstrual period has significantly abnormal spurious waves in the post-second heart sound segment;2.Comparing the acoustic spectrograms of Short-Time Fourier Transform,the energy of menstrual period is higher than that of pre-menstrual period in the post-second heart sound segment;3.Comparing the power spectrograms,the power of pre-menstrual period is significantly higher than that of menstrual period in the 0-15 Hz band;4.Comparing the frequency domain analysis of the fast Fourier transform,the amplitude of the premenstrual period was significantly higher than that of the menstrual period at the same frequency;5.Compared with wavelet transform and HHT transform,after wavelet transform and HHT transform,the characteristic sound waves in the second heart sound segment during menstrual period are found more finely,which are high-frequency and low-amplitude sound waves after decomposition,and the differences between wavelet transform and HHT transform are statistically significant;6.Compared with multi-scale entropy analysis,the acoustic pulse wave in the fourth layer of Chi pulse during menstrual period was significantly more complex than that in premenstrual period,and the difference was statistically significant;7.The diagnostic model established by time-domain analysis and time-frequency analysis has good diagnostic value in the diagnosis of menstrual period.Conclusion:The characteristic sound waves of healthy female college students during menstrual period are significantly different from those of premenstrual period,which is a kind of low frequency audible sound wave with relatively high frequency and low amplitude,which appears in the posterior segment of the second heart sound of the fourth layer of Chi pulse during menstrual period. |
