The Academic Characteristics Of <Iron Mirror Of Pediatrics> And The Clinical Observationon The Treatment Of Infantile Diarrhea Due To Spleen Deficiency By "Tonifying The Mother And Removing The Thief"

Objective:To summarize the academic characteristics of <Iron Mirror of Pediatrics>(<You Ke Tie Jing>),and to conduct clinical research on the treatment of spleen deficiency diarrhea in children by using the method of "Tonifying the Mother and Removing the Thief" in the book,and to observe the clinical efficacy by comparing with the teaching material "Pediatric Tuina".Methods:1.Select <Iron Mirror of Pediatrics>published by Shanghai Health Publishing House in May1958 as the research basis and conduct research.2.According to the inclusion criteria,60 cases of children with spleen deficiency diarrhea were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(Tonifying the Mother and Removing the Thief Tuina method)and control group(conventional Tuina method),with 30 cases in each group.After two courses of treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs,comprehensive scores and clinical efficacy were compared and analyzed before and after treatment.Results:1.The main academic ideas of <Iron Mirror of Pediatrics> :(1)Focusing on four diagnoses and distinguishing between life and death;(2)Wonderful understanding of the five elements,health restraint;(3)Heavy protection of spleen soil,virtual pole avoid profit;(4)Tuina and lights,save the illness;(5)Carefully distinguish the true point,two generations and test.2.Comparing the clinical efficacy,the two groups achieved good efficacy in the treatment of spleen deficiency diarrhea.The total effective rate was93.33% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.After treatment,there were no significant differences in stool times,stool traits,spirit,thirst and urine scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but significant differences in complexion and diet scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Tonifying the Mother and Removing the Thief Tuina method and conventional Tuina method have good curative effect on the treatment of spleen deficiency diarrhea in children.Tonifying the Mother and Removing the Thief Tuina method is superior to conventional Tuina in improving complexion,diet and overall curative effect,which is worth promoting clinically.The academic thought of <Iron Mirror of Pediatrics> is of guiding significance to clinical practice and needs to be studied deeply.
