Objective: This topic through the auricular acupoint liver, spleen acupuncture and bloodletting combined with auricle pill,to intervene in the insomnia patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency.Scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)(see Appendix 1)and TCM syndrome score scale(see Appendix 2)before and after intervention were collected.to summarize the clinical efficacy of auricular acupuncture and blood-letting combined with auricle pill in the treatment of insomnia with liver depression and spleen deficiency.to provide a safe, convenient and reliable new method for the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency insomnia.Data and Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,64 insomnia patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome in auriculus, liver and spleen areas were collected. The 64 insomnia patients were divided into group A and group B by random number table method.Group A was treated with auricular acupoint acupuncture and bloodletting combined with bolus therapy, and group B was treated with conventional auricular acupoint bolus therapy as control group. Two groups of insomnia patients were treated for two courses. The PSQI score and TCM syndrome integral scale score of the two groups before and after treatment were collected, sorted out and counted, and the statistical analysis was conducted in combination with the evaluation criteria of therapeutic effect,to explore the clinical efficacy of auriculus bloodletting combined with pill pressing in the treatment of insomnia with liver depression and spleen deficiency.Results:1.After treatment, the sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time and sleep efficiency scores of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05)and the score of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05)which was statistically significant. The daytime functional scores of both groups decreased(P<0.05),but there was no difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.96).2.After treatment,PSQI score and TCM syndrome quantitative score table score were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),The score of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.3.After treatment, there was significant difference in efficacy between the two groups, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment, compared with before treatment, the stasis and blockage of auricular liver and spleen points in the treatment group was significantly reduced, while the change of auricular liver and spleen points in the control group was not obvious before and after treatment. Conclusion: Auricular acupoint acupuncture and blood-letting combined with pill pressing can obviously improve the sleep situation of patients with insomnia of liver depression and spleen deficiency.Compared with the simple auricular acupoint pill pressing, the effect is more significant and comprehensive, providing a new method for the treatment of insomnia of liver depression and spleen deficiency. |
