Objective: This clinical observation is based on the Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA),muscle tone scale(MAS),modified Barthel index(MBI)and other indicators to comprehensively evaluate the spastic hemiplegia after cerebral apoplexy. To explore the therapeutic measures to improve the movement and life ability of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia, and to relieve muscle tension. Methods: Patients selected according to the standard were divided into three groups according to the random number method: reducing yin and nourishing yang + scalp acupuncture group, the reducing yin and nourishing yang group, and the routine acupuncture group, with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment for stroke in the Department of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation. In the reducing yin and nourishing yang + scalp acupuncture group, the reducing yin and nourishing yang group, and the conventional acupuncture group, the method of reducing yin meridian and replenishing yang meridian plus scalp acupuncture and simply using the method of replenishing yang and reducing yin were used, respectively.Treatment was once a day,5 days a week, and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.FMA,MAS,and MBI were used to evaluate the three groups of patients before treatment, during treatment(at 2 weeks),and after treatment, and then the treatment effect was analyzed and compared.Results:(1)Baseline comparison: The basic information of the three groups of patients, such as gender, age, course of disease, stroke type, hemiplegia and the scores of each rating scale before treatment were compared between groups, and the results were analyzed by relevant statistics(P>0.05),indicating that the data is well balanced and comparable.(2)Efficacy comparison:Comparison within group: After 4weeks of treatment, the MAS scores of the affected limbs in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the FMA(upper and lower limbs)and MBI were significantly lower than those before treatment.improved(P<0.01).Comparison between groups:Compared with the MAS scale after treatment, the effect of B group was better than C group(P<0.05).The effect of A group was better than C group(P<0.01).Compared with FMA(upper extremity),the effect of B group was better than C group(P<0.05),and the effect of A group was better than the effect of B group and C group(P<0.05).Compared with the FMA(lower extremities)after treatment, the effect of B was better than C group(P<0.01);the effect of A group was better than the effect of B group and the C group(P<0.05).MBI comparison showed that the B group and A group got better therapeutic effect than B group and C group(P<0.05);The effect of B group was better than C group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.On the basis of conventional medical treatment and rehabilitation training, the combination of scalp acupuncture and reducing yin and nourishing yang, reducing yin and nourishing yang and conventional acupuncture can effectively reduce limb muscle tension, improve the ability of daily life and improve the performance of patients with spastic paralysis after cerebral infarction and limb motor function, and the curative effect after 4 weeks of treatment was better than that after 2 weeks of treatment.2.Reducing yin and nourishing yang, and reducing yin and nourishing yang combined with scalp acupuncture are significantly better than conventional acupuncture in improving the patient’s limb muscle tone, improving the motor function of the upper and lower limbs, and daily living ability.3.Acupuncture for reducing yin and nourishing yang combined with scalp acupuncture can more effectively improve limb function and daily living ability of hemiplegic patients than conventional acupuncture, and it is better than conventional acupuncture in reducing muscle tension.Acupuncture for reducing yin and nourishing yang combined with scalp acupuncture is safe and effective, and it is suitable for clinical promotion.
