Clinical Observation Of Local Injection Of Platelet-rich Plasma(PRP) Combined With Schizonepeta Tenuifolia Lotion In The Treatment Of Anal Fissure Of Stage Ⅰ And Ⅱ

Objective:By comparing the therapeutic effects of local injection of autologous platelet-rich plasma combined with Schizonepeta tenuifolia lotion and external application of Schizonepeta tenuifolia lotion on stage I and II anal fissure,it is proved that the clinical effect of local injection of autologous platelet-rich plasma combined with Schizonepeta tenuifolia lotion is higher than that of Schizonepeta tenuifolia lotion,which provides a new clinical direction for the treatment of anal fissure.Methods: A total of 60 patients with anal fissure in stage I and II from November 01,2020 to November 30,2021 were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(n = 30)and the control group(n = 30).The experimental group was treated with autologous platelet-rich plasma combined with Schizonepeta tenuifolia lotion,and the control group was treated with Schizonepeta tenuifolia lotion for a total of 4 courses.Results: A total of 60 patients were included in this study.There were no shedding cases in both groups.A total of 60 patients completed clinical observation and were included in the statistics.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,hematochezia score,anal pain score and anal resting pressure(ARP)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The observation results after treatment are as follows: 1.After treatment,the anal pain score,hematochezia score and anal resting pressure decreased significantly in the two groups,and the curative effect had nothing to do with sex,age and course of disease(P > 0.05).2.The curative effect of the test group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,the improvement of anal pain score,hematochezia score and anal resting pressure in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P <0.05).4.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusions: The study shows that the overall curative effect of local injection of platelet-rich plasma combined with Schizonepeta tenuifolia lotion in the treatment of anal fissure in stage I and II is better than that of external use of Schizonepeta tenuifolia lotion,especially in relieving anal pain,hematochezia and reducing anal resting pressure.In the process of treatment,there are no obvious side effects or adverse reactions,good safety and high satisfaction,which provides a new treatment direction for patients with anal fissure.
