Clinical Effect Of Leukopenia During Postoperative Chemotherapy For Breast Cancer

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi and Ziyin prescription in the treatment of leukopenia during postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer.MethodsAll patients were outpatients and inpatients of breast and thyroid surgery in hospitals,and 60 patients with leukopenia during postoperative AC (epirubicin+cyclophosphamide)chemotherapy for breast cancer who met the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,and exclusion criteria were tested.There were two phases in total,the first phase:60 patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,of which the control group A30 cases and the observation group A30 cases.Control group A was given diomum white tablets+recombinant human granulocyte-stimulating factor injection for subcutaneous injection.Observation group A was treated with Yiqi nourishing yin formula on the basis of control group A.The number of days for 1 course of treatment in the first stage of treatment is set at 21 days,for a total of 1 course of treatment.Stage 2:After the completion of the first phase of treatment,the second phase of the test is carried out at intervals of 1 month,before the test,the peripheral blood white blood cell count of the tester is detected,and if there is a blood count<of 4.0×10~9/L,the recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor injection is treated until the white blood cell count returns to normal.All patients participating in the trial were regrouped by random number table method and divided into control group B and observation group B.Following the AC regimen chemotherapy,control group B was given Diyusheng white tablets+recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor injection,and observation group B was treated with Yiqi nourishing yin formula.The second stage of treatment is a course of 21 days,for a total of 1 course of treatment.The patient’s blood routine white blood cell count,quality of life score and TCM syndrome score were recorded once before,after 1 week of treatment and after each course of treatment,and the changes in clinical efficacy and drug safety performance before and after treatment were observed,and all data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0.Results1.Stage 1:(1)After 1 week of treatment,QOL score and TCM syndrome score of observation group A were improved,and the effect was better than control group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in WBC count improvement compared with control group A(P>0.05).(2)After 3 weeks of treatment,WBC count,QOL score and TCM syndrome score of observation group A were improved,and the effect was better than that of control group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Stage 2:(1)After 1 week of treatment,QOL score and TCM syndrome score of observation group B were improved,and the effect was better than that of control group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05);In terms of white blood cell count,B in the observation group decreased but not lower than the lower limit of normal value,while B in the control group increased,there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)After 3 weeks of treatment,QOL score and TCM syndrome score of observation group B were improved,and the effect was better than control group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in WBC count between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Safety assessment:There were no obvious adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group in the first and second stage of the experiment,indicating good safety.Conclusion1.Yiqi and Ziyin prescription combined with Diyu Shengbai Tablet+Rebai has a good therapeutic effect on leukopenia during postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer;The effect was more significant with the prolongation of medication period.2.Yiqi and Ziyin prescription alone can keep white blood cells of patients at normal level during postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer.
