Clinical Observation Of YSDZ Granule In The Treatment Of Somatic Symptom Disorder

Objective: Based on the classic famous prescription Renshu powder and the clinical experience of the tutor,the prescription YSDZ granule(Z2020003)was formed to treat the Somatic Symptom Disorder,and its effectiveness and safety were preliminarily observed.Methods: 120 patients who met the criteria were divided into control group(60 cases)and treatment group(60 cases)according to the principle of random control.The treatment group was given YSDZ granule orally,and the control group was given duloxetine hydrochloride capsule orally.The SCL-90,HAMA,HAMD,Tess and TCM syndrome observation tables of the two groups before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment were observed.The efficacy was evaluated by the score reduction rate of SCL-90 somatization factor and the score reduction rate of TCM syndrome score,and the safety was evaluated by Tess.Record and establish the database,and use SPSS 26.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.The scores of HAMA,HAMD and TCM syndromes in the treatment group decreased successively with the passage of time,and the difference between each time point was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The HAMD score of the subjects in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.After 2 / 4 weeks of treatment,the HAMA score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total score of SCL-90,somatization,depression and psychosis in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the total score of SCL-90,somatization,depression and psychosis in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the total score of SCL-90,somatization,depression,anxiety and psychosis in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The effective rate of the treatment group(95.0%)was higher than that of the control group(55.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).The curative effect was evaluated by the score reduction rate of SCL-90 somatization factor.The effective rate of the treatment group(80.0%)was higher than that of the control group(58.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.010).4.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(25.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: YSDZ granule shows good efficacy and safety in the treatment of Somatic Symptom Disorder,and can play a therapeutic role in both physical and mental symptoms.
