Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris(Heart-Kidney Yin Deficiency、Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals) With Combined Therapy Of Heart And Kidney

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism of the treatment of unstable angina pectoris patients with heart-kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis blocking collaterals by the combined treatment of heart and kidney,in order to provide theoretical reference and clinical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods: A total of 78 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into the control group(39 cases)and the experimental group(39 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given the traditional Chinese medicine decoction Tianwang Buxin Dan on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the observation indicators before and after treatment were collected.SPSS.26 was used to process the aggregated data,and the differences between the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared,and the overall efficacy and safety of this study were evaluated.Results: 1.Efficacy of angina pectoris: The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05),and it could more effectively reduce the number of angina attacks,duration and dosage of nitroglycerin(P<0.05).2.Efficacy of electrocardiogram: the effective rate of electrocardiogram in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.The efficacy of CCS classification: There was no significant difference in the improvement of CCS angina pectoris classification between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).4.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: The curative effect of reducing the total score of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the total effective rate was also better than that in the control group(P<0.01),except for chest pain,insomnia,and dry mouth.The three test groups outside the throat dryness could reduce the single syndrome score more effectively(P<0.05).5.Efficacy of cardiac ultrasound: In this study,the LVEF values of the two groups of patients before and after treatment had no significant change(P>0.05).6.Efficacy of related indicators: the experimental group can more effectively improve the blood lipid,coagulation and hs-CRP levels of patients(P<0.05).But in APTT and Hcy,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).7.Safety analysis: Before and after treatment in this study,there were no significant changes in liver and kidney function and other indicators(P>0.05).Conclusion: This research proves that Tianwang Buxin Dan Modified Recipe can improve the clinical symptoms of UA patients with heart-kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis blocking collaterals,reduce TCM syndrome scores,and improve relevant laboratory indicators,with high safety.There are certain clinical reference significance.
