Clinical Study On The Effect Of Shentongzhuyu Decoction On Serum Inflammatory Factors And Hemorheology In Patients With Tibiofibular Fracture After Operation

Objective: To study the effects of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction on serum inflammatory factors and hemorheology after tibiofibula fracture,and to further clarify the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction on tibiofibula fracture.Methods: Forty-two patients with tibiofibular fractures from2021-January to 2022-January,with two cases falling off en route,were selected for this project,of which 25 were male and 15 were female;the youngest age was 20 years old and the oldest was 67 years old.Using a completely randomized grouping method,they were divided into observation and control groups,with 20 cases in the observation group and 20 cases in the control group.Both the control group and the observation group were given basic treatment after surgery,while the observation group was given oral administration of Body Pain and Stasis Removal Soup on top of the basic treatment.The changes in interleukin-6(IL-6),tumour necrosis factor(TNF-α)and blood rheological parameters(whole blood low-cut viscosity,whole blood high-cut viscosity and plasma viscosity)were recorded on postoperative day 1 and 7.Results:1.Comparison of blood rheology and inflammatory factor indexes.Comparison within the two groups on postoperative day 7 and day 1: P <0.001,statistically significant difference.The values of IL-6,TNF-α,plasma viscosity,whole blood high cut viscosity and whole blood low cut viscosity decreased significantly in the two groups on postoperative day 7 compared with postoperative day 1.Both groups were able to improve the inflammatory indexes and blood rheology after tibiofibular fracture surgery.Comparison between groups on postoperative day 1: P > 0.05,not statistically significant,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of IL-6,TNF-α,plasma viscosity,whole blood high cut viscosity and whole blood low cut viscosity on postoperative day 1,comparable;comparison between groups on postoperative day 7: P < 0.01,statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of IL-6,TNF-α,plasma viscosity,whole blood high cut viscosity and whole blood low cut viscosity were significantly different between the two groups,indicating that the observation group improved the postoperative inflammatory and blood rheology indexes of tibiofibular fracture significantly better than the control group.2.Comparison of swelling valuesComparison between the two groups on postoperative day 7 and day 1: P< 0.001,a statistically significant difference.Swelling values on postoperative day 7 in both groups were significantly lower than those on postoperative day1,and both groups were able to improve postoperative limb swelling after tibiofibular fracture.Comparison between groups on postoperative day 1: P >0.05,not statistically significant,indicating that there was no significant difference in swelling values between the two groups on postoperative day 1,which was comparable;comparison between groups on postoperative day 7: P< 0.01,statistically significant difference,there was a significant difference in swelling values between the two groups on postoperative day 7,indicating that the observation group improved postoperative swelling values of tibiofibular fracture significantly better than the control group.3.Clinical efficacyThe overall clinical efficiency of the observation group was 95%,which was significantly higher than the 65% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,and the efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion: Shentong Zhuyu Decoction can effectively improve the level of serum inflammatory factors and hemorheology indexes after tibiofibula fracture,reduce the degree of pain and swelling,and improve the quality of life.Therefore,it can be used in clinical adjuvant treatment of tibiofibula fracture.
