Construction Of Health Management Model Of Constipation In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:It was to build an intelligent TCM health management model for constipation,and to provide a TCM health management scheme for constipation patients.Methods:1.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of knowledge-based and data-driven TCM diagnosis and treatment systems,this study discussed the correlation and adaptability between artificial intelligence(artificial intelligence,AI)technology and TCM diagnosis and treatment thinking from the perspective of TCM discipline attributes,and puts forward an implementation path.2.This study collected medical records of constipation from China How Net and ancient and modern medical records cloud platforms,cleaned and standardized the medical records,and stored them in the database to build the data module of the TCM health management model for constipation.3.This study selected relevant parameters of TCM health management model for constipation based on the state identification theory,and constructed a knowledge map of symptoms-state elements.At the same time,the health management schemes for TCM constipation,including medicated diet,tea,and massage,which were collected from China’s knowledge network and books,were compiled into a knowledge base.Combining the two to build the knowledge module of the TCM health management model for constipation.4.This study integrated the data module and knowledge module of TCM health management model for constipation through the graph neural network to realize the intelligent recommendation from symptoms to syndrome identification to health management scheme,and evaluated the constructed model by using the common evaluation indexes of the recommendation system to determine the optimal parameters.5.The model was tested on the medical records under the best parameter conditions to determine the effect of the model.Results:1.The constructed TCM constipation health management model database contained 751 medical records,including 431 women,320 men,123 children,145 youth,224 middle-aged,and 259 elderly,involving 15 types of syndromes and 302 symptoms.2.The knowledge map of symptom state elements and a set of health management schemes were constructed for TCM constipation.3.A TCM constipation health management model based on state identification theory was constructed through a graph neural network,which mainly included s TCM data feature extraction module and symptom state element knowledge graph module.The optimal parameter of the model was set as: GCN layer = 3,Feature-weight/General-weigh=1.5/0.5,Hidden-num=1000.4.128 cases of constipation medical record test set randomly divided by computer were tested by our model,which led to the accuracy of 87%.Conclusions:1.There was a certain correlation and adaptability between AI thinking and TCM diagnosis and treatment thinking..The TCM theoretical knowledge can be used as knowledge driving,and the TCM diagnosis and treatment experience can be used as data driving.Combining the two can solve the problem of lack of TCM thinking in the current TCM diagnosis and treatment system.2.The TCM health management model for constipation based on the state identification theory can accurately diagnose the syndrome types of patients with constipation,and the combination with the graph neural network reflectedthat state identification theory had certain applicability in realizing intelligent diagnosis and treatment.
