Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on lower limb motor function in acute stage of ischemic stroke.Compare the curative effect between electroacupuncture and ordinary acupuncture.MethodsThe patient of the diagnosis of lower limb motor dysfunction in ischemic stroke were choiced by inpatients in neurology department of Fuzhou Second Hospital between January 2021 to December 2021,which were eligible for the study,a total of 70.Patients were divided into two groups according to number random table method, with 35 patients in each group. Both groups were treated by routine treatment in neurology department and rehabilitation training. The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture, and acupoints were selected as Baihui,Parietal anterior oblique 1/5(contralateral),affected side Fengshi,Zusanli,Yanglingquan,Yinlingquan and Sanyinjiao.Patients merge strephenopodia were acupunctured with matching points:Qiuxu through Zhaohai, upper limb motor dysfunction were acupunctured with Jianyu,Shousanli,Hegu. The needle should be retained for 30 minutes, and inserted once every 10 minutes. The observation group was treated with electroacupuncture, after the conventional needle into each point, selected Fengshi-Yanglingquan as a pair of electrical stimulation, the time of 30 minutes. Both groups were treated once a day,10 times as a course of treatment,2 day rest after the end of a course,a total of 2 courses of treatment. The lower limb muscle strength,Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function and balance function, modified Barthel index in two groups were evaluated before treatment,1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to analyze and compare the differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment, the differences in lower limb muscle strength, motor function and balance function, daily living ability between the two groups.Results1.Lower limb muscle strength:After 2 courses of treatment, the muscle strength of lower limbs in two groups were improved in different degrees compared with that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The muscle strength of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function:After 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment, the scores of lower limb motor function in two groups were improved in different degrees compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lower limb motor function of the two groups improved more after 2 courses of treatment than after 1 course of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And observation group was higher than that of the control group after 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Fugl-Meyer balance function: After 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment, the scores of balance function in two groups were improved in different degrees compared with that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The balance function of the two groups improved more after 2 courses of treatment than after 1 course of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And observation group was higher than that of the control group after 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Daily living ability:After 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment, the Barthel index score in two groups were improved in different degrees compared with that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Barthel index score of the two groups improved more after 2 courses of treatment than after 1 course of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And observation group was higher than that of the control group after 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Barthel index score of the observation group after 1 course of treatment was higher than that of the control group after 2 courses of treatment.5.Security:There were no complications or adverse reactions in the two groups, and no adverse events such as needle sickness, needle stagnation and needle bending. In the control group, there were 2 cases with small local bruise without tenderness after needle removal, were given Chuan Huang Yi mixed with honey after external application slowly fade.In the observation group,1 patient felt severe pain in the lower limb muscle during electroacupuncture treatment, which was relieved by adjusting the intensity of electroacupuncture and pressing the pain area with finger.Conclusions1.Both electroacupuncture and ordinary acupuncture can improve muscle strength, motor function, balance function and daily living ability of patients with lower limb motor dysfunction after ischemic stroke, but the effect of electroacupuncture is significantly better than that of ordinary acupuncture.2.In the acute stage of ischemic stroke, both electroacupuncture and ordinary acupuncture can improve the lower limb motor dysfunction, but the effect of electroacupuncture is better than ordinary acupuncture. |
