| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tongdu Huoxue Decoction plus minus in the treatment of residual nerve symptoms after kidney deficiency blood stasis lumbar disc herniation.Methods:From July 2020 to July 2021,the study subjects were hospitalized for lumbar spine surgery in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and 60 patients with residual neurological symptoms of the lumbar spine appeared one week after the operation.The patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases each,of which the control group was treated with methylcobalamin tablets,and the experimental group was given tongdu huohemotang plus minus therapy,and the treatment course was 4 weeks.The VAS score,JOA score,lower limb electromyography(H)reflex,serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels,TCM syndrome scores and other indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were observed to observe their clinical efficacy,and SPSS23.0 was used to statistically analyze the obtained data.Results:1.A total of 60 patients were enrolled in this project,3 cases were shed,28 cases were in the final control group,and 29 cases were in the experimental group.There was no statistical difference(P>0.05)in the general situation before treatment between the two groups,and it was comparable.2.VAS score: intra-group comparison: there was significant improvement between the two groups after treatment in 3 months after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05);between groups: 2 weeks after treatment,the VSN score trial group was better than the control group(P<0.05)in 3 months after treatment,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in 3 months after treatment.3.JOA score: intra-group comparison: there was a significant improvement between the two groups after treatment in March compared with before treatment(P<0.05);between groups: the JOA score trial group in January after treatment and March after treatment was better than the control group(P<0.05);2 weeks after treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05)4.TCM syndrome scores: intra-group comparison: the TCM syndrome scores in March after treatment in both groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05);the inter-group comparison: the TCM syndrome scores in 2 weeks,January and March after treatment were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.Efficacy of TCM symptoms: after three months of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.10%,the total effective rate of the control group was 78.57%,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).6.Serum inflammatory factor index(TNF-α,IL-6): intra-group comparison: the inflammatory factors in January after treatment in both groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05);the inter-group comparison: the experimental group of inflammatory factors in 1 week after treatment and January was better than the control group(P<0.05).7.Lower extremity electromyography(H reflex difference): intra-group comparison: the lower limbs were significantly improved in march after treatment(P<0.05)after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);between groups: there was no difference between the two groups of lower limb electromyography in January and March after treatment(P>0.05).8.Adverse reactions: after treatment,the overall incidence of adverse reactions was1.67%,within a reasonable range;the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients was not significantly different by x2 test(P>0.05).Conclusions: Tongdu Huoxue Decoction plus or minus treatment of renal deficiency blood stasis lumbar disc herniation postoperative residual nerve symptoms can significantly reduce the symptoms of patients,improve signs,reduce the level of inflammatory indicators,help to improve clinical efficacy,and no obvious adverse reactions were found in the treatment process. |
