| Objective:Through clinical observation and evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Huolong moxibustion combined with acupressure therapy in the treatment of cold dampness obstruction type knee osteoarthritis,this paper discusses its clinical value and provides a reference basis for its clinical application.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cold dampness obstruction KOA from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with acupressure therapy(once a day for 4 weeks)+Routine treatment(oral celecoxib capsule;infrared treatment lamp irradiates the affected knee once a day for 30 minutes each time).The experimental group was treated with Huolong moxibustion(once a week for 4 weeks)on the basis of the control group for 2 consecutive courses of treatment(2 weeks for 1 course of treatment).Record the TCM syndrome score,pain visual analogue scale score(visual analogue scale,VAS),osteoarthritis index score of Western Ontario and Mc Master University(WOMAC)before and after treatment,and make statistical analysis on the data to draw a conclusion.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in general indicators,including gender,age,limb distribution and KL grade(P>0.05).2.VAS score: There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).Comparison between groups: the degree of pain relief in the experimental group was better than that in the control group after 2W and4 W treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Intra group comparison: the pain degree of the control group was not significantly relieved after 2weeks of treatment and before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);The pain was relieved after 4 weeks of treatment and before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The pain degree of the experimental group after 2W and 4W of treatment was relieved compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.WOMAC score: There was no significant difference in WOMAC score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).Comparison between groups: the WOMAC scores of patients in the experimental group after 2W and 4W treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Intra group comparison: the WOMAC score of the control group after 2W and4 W treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The WOMAC score of the experimental group after 2W and 4W treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P <0.05).4.TCM syndrome score: There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).Comparison between groups: the score of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Intra group comparison: the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.Symptom efficacy: After 4 weeks of treatment,the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:Huolong moxibustion combined with acupressure therapy can effectively alleviate the knee pain of patients with cold dampness blocking knee osteoarthritis,improve the range of motion of knee joint and improve the quality of life of patients;It can delay the progress of the disease,help patients to carry out muscle training around the knee joint and protect the function of the knee joint;It has the advantages of significant curative effect,safety,non-invasive and small side effects. |
