| Objective Aiming at the group of polycystic ovarian syndrome,on the basis of TCM synthesis of the four diagnostic methods and treatment according to syndrome differentiation, based on state identification, this topic establishes the TCM health management model of PCOS,analyzes the TCM health status of this population and individuals with this disease as a whole, individualizes the TCM health management mode, dynamically tracks the changes in health status, and discusses the clinical efficacy of TCM health management model for PCOS disease.MethodIn this study,72 patients who were diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome in the Gynecology Clinic of Xiamen Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to December 2021 were screened and evaluated in three aspects: disease identification, syndrome element identification, and health behavior evaluation on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, and a TCM health management program was developed and dynamically monitored and managed for 12 weeks.Combined with the changes of body composition analysis, six sex hormones, gynecological color Doppler ultrasound, waist circumference, hip circumference and other body dimensions, the diseases, syndrome elements, health behaviors and comprehensive health status of the study subjects before and after management were observed and recorded.Results1.Comparison of disease status:(1)Disease status: There was a difference in the distribution of the number of cases of disease status before and after treatment(P<0.05),31 cases converted to being morbidity, and 41 cases remained morbid.(2)Disease identification:There was a significant difference in the distribution of disease before and after treatment(P<0.05).(3)Disease symptom score: the score after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Disease efficacy index:the overall response rate was 93.06%.2.Comparison of syndrome element status:(1)Zang-Fu syndrome element: The score of each group after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the score of liver syndrome element was most significantly improved.(2)Qi,blood,yin and yang: the score after treatment in each group decreased compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and qi deficiency improved most significantly.(3)Pathogens: The scores after treatment in each group were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement of qi stagnation was the most significant.3.Comparison of health behaviors:(1)General health behaviors: The scores after management were lower than those before management, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of cases in different categories of general health behaviors after management was lower than that before management, and the differences in the distribution were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Health violation behaviors: The number of cases of different categories of health violation behaviors after management was reduced compared with that before management, but there was no significant difference in the distribution(P> 0.05).(3)The total score of health behaviors: The score after management increased compared with that before management, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comprehensive health comparison:(1)The score after treatment increased compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2),the overall response rate was 75% in the efficacy determination of comprehensive health scores.Conclusion1.This health management model effectively reduces the persistence and development of morbid conditions, reduces the symptom score and syndrome element score, improves the health behavior score, effectively corrects the patient’s disease state, reduces the symptoms and degree, and controls and reduces the occurrence of adverse health behaviors.2.In this study, the distribution of syndrome elements in PCOS women was mainly liver,qi deficiency, blood deficiency,qi stagnation, and blood stasis, suggesting that the syndrome element status of PCOS women was located in the liver, with stagnation of liver-qi,uncomfortable liver-qi,qi stagnation and blood stasis, and deficiency of both qi and blood as the main manifestations, along with deficiency of both spleen and kidney, which is a complex disease of the original virtual standard.3.After receiving this health management model, the improvement effect of liver,qi deficiency and qi stagnation was the most significant, and the improvement degree of kidney, yang deficiency, cold evil and blood stasis was low.4.In this study, the health behaviors of PCOS women are mainly reflected in work and rest, diet, and daily life, and those with blood stasis and phlegm-dampness are prone to violate health behaviors and overeat cold and fat and sweet products. After correction,PCOS women still have worrying and sedentary bad habits, and phlegm-dampness is difficult to control overeating fat and sweet taste, suggesting that these behaviors themselves are difficult to correct.5.This health management model improves the comprehensive health status of patients with ovarian syndrome, and achieves an effective rate of 75%. |
