Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Wuzang Shu plus Ke shu acupuncture combined with eszopiclone on sleep disorder after stroke.Methods: Collect Jan.01,2021 solstice December.31,2021 in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Rehabilitation and Neurology and ward of sleep disorder after stroke,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria lastly,accords with the standard set of a total of 80 cases of patients,collect and record the patient’s general information,including age,gender,duration,etc.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment,the experimental group was treated with Wuzang Shu plus Ke shu acupuncture combined with eszopiclone,and the control group was treated with eszopiclone alone.In the experimental group,acupuncture was performed once a day for 30 min,5 times a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment,2 courses of continuous treatment(20 times in total).Pittsburgh sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)and Epworth sleepiness Scale(Epworth)were assessed before and after treatment.All the collected data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0software.Results: 37 patients in the experimental group and 38 in the control group completed the study.There was no significant difference in age,gender,disease course and other general information between the two groups(P>0.1),indicating comparability.1.PSQI score: there was no significant difference in PSQI score between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.1).PSQI score of 2 groups after treatment was lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was statistical significance in PSQI score between 2 groups after treatment(P<0.05).2.AIS score: there was no statistically significant difference in AIS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.1).After treatment,AIS score of 2 groups was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in AIS score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).3.Epworth score: There was no statistically significant difference in Epworth score between 2groups before treatment(P>0.1).The Epworth score of experimental group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Epworth score of the control group was higher after treatment than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Overall efficacy: After treatment,the total effective rate of PSQI score was 91.89% in experimental group and 71.05% in control group,and the significant efficiency was 27.03% in experimental group and 0.00% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of AIS score was 94.59% in experimental group and 76.32% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Epworth score was 48.65% in experimental group and 39.47% in control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions: Wuzang Shu plus Ke shu acupuncture combined with dexzopiclone and eszopiclone alone can improve the clinical symptoms of sleep disorder after stroke,but the efficacy of Wuzang Shu plus Dienshu acupuncture combined with eszopiclone is better.
