| Objectives:To observe the improvement of the clinical efficacy of posterior occipital scraping combined with Massage on patients with cervicogenic headache, and provide a certain clinical reference for the treatment of cervicogenic headache with posterior occipital scraping combined with Massage. Methods:The 70 cervicogenic headache patients presenting to the Massage department of Fujian Second People’s Hospital who met the study criteria were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, with 35 patients in each group.Treatment group adopts posterior occipital scraping combined with Massage treatment,Massage and scraping once every 3 days,a total of10 times;the control group uses Massage treatment, once every 3 days,a total of 10 times.Visual simulation scoring method(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS),cervical spine dysfunction index(Neck Disability Index,NDI)questionnaire and surface electromyography were used as the observation indicators according to the change of patient VAS score before and after treatment, and the groups were compared.Results:1.Visual Analogue Scale:intra-group comparison before and after treatment, the difference(P<0.05)indicates that the two groups decreased the difference(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Cervicogenic dysfunction index:The difference between the two groups(P<0.05)indicates that the two groups can improve the cervicogenic spine functhe two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the daily function of cervicogenic vertebra.3.Surface electromyography(s EMG):intra-group comparison Integral Electromyog-raphic(i EMG)before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could improve the trapezius muscle hypertension state and relievethe spasm;compared between groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group improved the hypertension state and relieved the trapezius muscle spasm than the controlgroup.4.Clinical efficacy evaluation:The difference between the two groups in clinical efficacy evaluation before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving headache degree, cervical functional status, reducing trapezius muscle tension and relieving muscle spasm. Conclusions:Posterior occipital scraping combined with massage treatment can effectively reduce the degree of headache, reduce the trapezius muscle tone, improve the cervical function, and the effect is better than simple massage, optimize the combined treatment of cervical headache,it is worth further research and promotion. |
