| Objective:This topic uses the method of syndrome differentiation of evidence elements to analyze and summarize the distribution characteristics of evidence elements in patients with blood-based venomous snake bite in Fuzhou,so as to provide ideas for the clinical research and prevention of blood-based venomous snake bite in Fuzhou.Methods:From March 2020 to November 2020,82 patients who met the diagnosis of blood based venomous snake bite in the outpatient and ward of the people’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected.The four diagnosis information of patients was collected and entered into the "TCM health status identification system".SPSS 26.0 software was used for data analysis to discuss the patients with blood based venomous snake bite in Fuzhou with different gender,different age,different bite sites,different venomous snake species,different seasons Characteristics of syndrome element distribution in different bite visit time.result:1.The distribution characteristics of evidence elements of blood circulating venomous snake bite in Fuzhou: the main disease location evidence elements are skin(87.80%)and liver(75.61%);The main syndrome elements were Qi Stagnation(98.78%),blood stasis(98.78%),heat(95.12%),dampness(87.80%),phlegm(75.61%)and yin deficiency(70.73%).2.The relationship between syndrome elements and gender of patients bitten by blood circulating poisonous snakes in Fuzhou: there was no significant difference in syndrome element score between male group and female group(P>0.05).3.The relationship between the syndrome elements of blood circulating venomous snake bite and age in Fuzhou: the skin and heat syndrome elements of the elderly group were lower than those of the young group and the middle-aged group(P<0.05);The score of heat syndrome element in middle-aged group was lower than that in young group(P<0.05).4.The relationship between syndrome elements and bite sites of patients bitten by blood circulating poisonous snakes in Fuzhou: there was no significant difference in syndrome element scores between the upper limb group and the lower limb group(P>0.05).5.The relationship between the syndrome elements of patients bitten by blood circulating poisonous snakes and the species of poisonous snakes in Fuzhou: there was no significant difference in the syndrome element score between the iron head snake group and the bamboo leaf green snake group(P>0.05).6.Relationship between evidence elements of blood circulating venomous snake bite and season in Fuzhou: the score of heat syndrome elements in summer group and autumn group was higher than that in spring group(P<0.05).7.The relationship between the syndrome elements of patients bitten by blood circulating poisonous snakes in Fuzhou and the treatment time of bites: the syndrome elements of qi stagnation,blood stasis and heat in the 6-10 hour group were higher than those in the 6-hour group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The disease location of blood circulation venomous snake bite in Fuzhou is related to skin and liver,while the disease nature is related to qi stagnation,blood stasis,heat,dampness,yin deficiency and phlegm.It is suggested that when treating blood circulation venomous snake bite in Fuzhou,we should focus on clearing heat and detoxification,removing Qi and removing blood stasis,taking into account dampness and phlegm,relieving heat and nourishing Yin,and pay attention to the treatment of local limbs,and we can also consider supplementing the method of soothing liver and regulating qi.2.Compared with the young and middle-aged patients,the elderly patients bitten by blood circulating poisonous snakes in Fuzhou should reduce the dosage of bitter cold and fire discharging drugs,and the middle-aged patients also need to reduce bitter cold drugs compared with the young patients.3.Compared with patients in spring,patients with blood circulating venomous snake bite in summer and autumn in Fuzhou should strengthen the intensity of antipyretic drugs.4.With the increase of treatment time,the degree of qi stagnation,blood stasis and heat increased. |
