Clinical Efficacy Of Jiawei Shuanghe Decoction In The Treatment Of Gouty Arthritis Of Phlegm-stasis Obstruction Type

Objective:By observing and evaluating the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Shuanghe Decoction in the treatment of gouty arthritis with phlegm and blood stasis obstruction,to explore the clinical value of Jiawei Shuanghe Decoction in the treatment of gouty arthritis with phlegm and blood stasis obstruction,and to provide certain reference value for clinical treatment of gouty arthritis,especially gouty arthritis with phlegm and blood stasis obstruction.Methods:A total of 70 patients with gouty arthritis of phlegm-stasis obstruction type who met the research standards in the inpatient department and outpatient department of Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 35 cases in each group.Control group : celecoxib capsules + febuxostat tablets;experimental group : Celecoxib capsules +febuxostat tablets + Jiawei Shuanghe decoction.The VAS score,TCM syndrome score,blood uric acid(UA),C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)data,efficacy evaluation,dosage of western medicine,and recurrence rate within 3 months of the above patients before treatment,2 days,7 days,14 days,and 1 month after treatment were collected,and the collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results:1、There was no significant difference in gender,age,location of disease and previous course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05).2、There was no significant difference in VAS score,TCM syndrome score,serum uric acid,C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).3、VAS score : The VAS scores of the two groups before treatment,2 days,14 days and 1month after treatment were compared between groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).However,after 7 days of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);TCM syndrome score : There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment and after 2 days of treatment(P >0.05),but there was significant difference after 7 days,14 days and 1 month of treatment(P< 0.05);Uric acid value : The uric acid values of the two groups before treatment and after 2days of treatment were compared between groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After 7 days,14 days and 1 month of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);C-reactive protein : The CRP values of the two groups before treatment and after 2 days of treatment were compared between groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).However,after 7 days,14 days and 1month of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);ESR : There was no statistically significant difference in ESR values between the two groups before treatment,2 days and 7 days after treatment(P > 0.05),but there was statistically significant difference after 14 days and 1 month of treatment(P < 0.05).4、Clinical efficacy : The total effective rate was 90.32 % in the control group and 96.96 % in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5、The use of western medicine : There were statistically significant differences in the usage of febuxostat and celecoxib between the two groups(P < 0.05).6、Recurrence rate within 3 months after treatment:The recurrence rates of the experimental group and the control group were 9.1 % and 29.03 %,respectively.The number of cases of disease recurrence between the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).7、Adverse reactions : The number of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:The clinical efficacy of Jiawei Shuanghe Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis of phlegm and blood stasis type is considerable.It is significantly superior to western medicine alone in pain relief,improvement of clinical symptoms,lowering uric acid and anti-inflammatory effects.It can also reduce the use of analgesics and uric acid lowering drugs,reduce the clinical recurrence rate and reduce the side effects of western medicine.
