Clinical Observation Of Shengti Antai Decoction In Treating Threatened Abortion With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Combined With Placental Low Position

Objective The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Shengti Antai Decoction in the treatment of threatened abortion with low placental status of deficiency of spleen and kidney,and compare it with didroxyprogesterone tablets to explore the advantages and effectiveness of Shengti antaiyin in the treatment of threatened abortion with low placental status,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of threatened abortion with low placental status.MethodAll cases came from the gynecological clinic and ward of Zhangzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2021 to June 2021.The patients diagnosed as threatened abortion with deficiency of spleen and kidney combined with low placental status met the inclusion criteria.The subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Shengti Antai Decoction and the control group was given didroxyprogesterone tablets,The days of vaginal hemostasis,TCM syndrome score,placental position score and placental position score rechecked at 28 weeks of pregnancy were recorded before and after treatment.Statistical correlation analysis was used to compare the efficacy of the two treatment methods.Results1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in age,menopause days,abortion times,pregnancy and childbirth times,vaginal bleeding days,TCM syndrome score and the distance between the lower edge of placenta and the inner mouth of cervix(P>0.05).2.Comparison of vaginal hemostasis days: the vaginal hemostasis time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that Shengti Antai Decoction and didroxyprogesterone tablets can reduce the TCM syndrome score and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients;The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which showed that Shengti Antai Decoction was better than didroxyprogesterone tablets in improving the clinical symptoms of patients.4.Comparison of placental position improvement at the end of the first course of treatment,the end of the second course of treatment and 28 weeks of pregnancy: after treatment,the total effective rates of placental position improvement at the end of the first and second courses of treatment and28 weeks of pregnancy in the treatment group were 86.7%,96.7% and 96.7% respectively,which were higher than those in the control group.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),It shows that Shengti Antai Decoction has better effect on improving placental hypotension,which is better than didroxyprogesterone tablets.5.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7% and that of the control group was 86.7%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that Shengti Antai Decoction is better than didroxyprogesterone in improving TCM syndrome.6.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0% and that of the control group was 76.7%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group,that is,the effect of Shengti Antai Decoction was better than that of didroxyprogesterone tablets.7.There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment.ConclusionShengti Antai Decoction is a safe and effective method to treat threatened abortion of spleen and kidney deficiency combined with placenta previa.It can shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding,relieve clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain and backache,and correct placenta previa,and its curative effect is better than that of progesterone tablets.
