Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Yinqiao Mabo Powder Combined With Antibiotics In The Treatment Of Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis In Children With Syndrome Of Exuberant Heat In Lung And Stomach

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and feasibility of Jiawei Yinqiao Mabo Powder combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children with lung and stomach heat,and provide a basis for further clinical application of this treatment plan in pediatric clinics in the future.Method:A total of 60 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis who met the inclusion criteria in Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into 60 children.The selected children with acute suppurative tonsillitis lung and stomach heat type were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium dry suspension for anti-infection treatment,and the treatment group was additionally treated with modified Yinqiao Puffy powder.The changes of syndrome scores before and after treatment in the two groups and whether there were any adverse reactions during the medication were recorded.Using SPSS23.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,draw conclusions.Results:(1)A total of 60 children were included in this study,and there were no excluded or dropped cases,so there were 60 children in total.Before treatment,there were no statistical differences in age,gender,course of disease,symptom and sign scores,and laboratory examinations between the two groups(P>0.05),which were comparable.(2)Analysis of the total effective rate and comprehensive curative effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 90%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The comprehensive efficacy of the drugs in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Analysis of the treatment of main symptoms: The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of sore throat,enlarged and congested tonsils and tonsil suppuration(P < 0.05).(4)Analysis of the treatment of secondary symptoms: There was no significant difference in the total score of secondary symptoms between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(5)After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the time of antipyretic,the disappearance of sore throat,and the disappearance of purulent secretions between the two groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).(6)Analysis of laboratory test results: Both groups had the efficacy of reducing WBC,NEU% and CRP(P < 0.05),but the efficacy in reducing WBC,NEU% and CRP was comparable(P > 0.05).(7)Analysis of adverse reaction events:During the treatment period,there was no related adverse reaction events in the children.The safety is high,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.Conclusion:Jiawei Yinqiao Mabo Powder combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children with lung and stomach heat can relieve symptoms of fever,sore throat and help the subsidence of purulent secretions,effectively improve blood cell analysis(WBC,NEU%),Abnormal CRP.No adverse reactions were found in this study,the safety is good,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
