Observation On The Curative Effect Of Xiao Yao San Addition And Subtraction In The Treatment Of Perioperative Anxiety State （Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency） Of NSCLC¹²⁵I Particle Implantation

Objective:To understand the characteristics of perioperative anxiety state of patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with ¹²⁵I seed implantation,and to explore the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Powder on perioperative anxiety state（liver depression and spleen deficiency type）of patients with NSCLC treated with ¹²⁵I seed implantation,so as to accumulate data for the treatment of perioperative anxiety state of cancer patients with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:According to the requirements of clinical research design,70 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with ¹²⁵I seed implantation in Quanzhou were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was health education and nursing+addition and subtraction of Xiaoyao Powder,and the control group was health education and nursing,with 35 cases in each group.The patients were treated for 7 days before operation and 14 days after operation.At the same time,the incidence of complications was analyzed by SAS,self rating scale of anxiety and self rating scale of TCM.Results:1.Baseline comparison:during the study,3 cases fell off in the experimental group and 3cases fell off in the control group.A total of 64 cases were finally observed in this study,with32 cases in each group.The baseline of the two groups was the same and comparable.2.Efficacy results:（1）Comparison of self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,blood pressure and heart rate:the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group（P<0.05）,and the effect of different time periods after treatment was also statistically significant（P<0.01）.（2）Comparison of operation related complications:the incidence of operation related complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.（3）Comparison of TCM syndrome score:the total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.01）;After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was 90.62%,and that in the control group was 68.75%.The curative effect of the experimental group was better,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）.（4）After treatment,the symptom scores of mental fatigue,anxiety,irritability,chest,flank and epigastric distension,excessive breathing,headache and dizziness,belching and acid swallowing,dry mouth and tongue,and loose stool in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the symptom score of foreign body sensation in pharynx（P>0.05）.In the control group,there was no significant difference in the scores of symptoms of eating less and staying awake,mental fatigue,dry mouth and tongue,belching,acid swallowing and stool rarefaction before and after treatment（P>0.05）.（5）Comparison of quality of life（QOL）:After treatment,the scores of quality of life of the two groups were improved to varying degrees,and the improvement degree of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）;After treatment,there were 16 cases of effective improvement,14 cases of improvement and 2 cases of ineffectiveness in the experimental group,and 3 cases of effective improvement,20 cases of improvement and 9 cases of ineffectiveness in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.01）,and the experimental group was superior to the control group.Conclusions:（1）Compared with health education and nursing alone,Xiaoyao Powder Combined with health education and nursing can better improve the perioperative anxiety of ¹²⁵I seed implantation for non-small cell lung cancer.（2）Xiaoyao Powder Combined with health education and nursing can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of patients with perioperative anxiety（liver depression and spleen deficiency）undergoing ¹²⁵I seed implantation for non-small cell lung cancer.It has obvious advantages in improving TCM symptoms such as less food and stupidity,mental fatigue,anxiety,irritability,chest,flank and epigastric distension,excessive breathing,headache and dizziness,belching and acid swallowing,dry mouth and tongue,sparse stool and so on.（3）Xiaoyao Powder Combined with health education and nursing can effectively improve the quality of life score of patients with perioperative anxiety state（liver depression and spleen deficiency type）undergoing ¹²⁵I seed implantation for non-small cell lung cancer,and improve the quality of life of patients,and the curative effect is better than that of health education and nursing alone.
