| Objective: To observe the total score of TCM symptoms,quality of life assessment(cat score),exercise tolerance assessment(6MWD)and CD cell absolute count and other indicators to explore the curative effect and immune effect of Buyuan Juanxiao Decoction on the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with different severity(zongqi deficiency and failure、 phlegm and blood stasis underlying the lung).Provide accurate and effective scheme for clinical treatment of COPD.Methods: In this study,patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were divided into light,medium,heavy and very severe groups according to the degree of airflow restriction,with 30 cases in each group,a total of 120 cases.They were treated with Buyuan Juanxiao Decoction for 3 months.The total score of TCM symptoms,cat score,six minute walking distance and absolute count of CD cells were observed before and after treatment.Using spss26 The above data were statistically analyzed to explore the curative effect and immune effect of Buyuan Juanxiao Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at the stable stage of different severity(zongqi deficiency and failure,phlegm and blood stasis underlying the lung).Result:(1)Among the observed patients,1 case was mild,4 cases were severe,1 case was extremely severe and withdrew because he could not take traditional Chinese medicine for a long time,and 1 case died and fell off during the observation period.Due to the patient’s economic factors,7 of the 113 people did not have CD cell absolute count.(2)At the end of treatment,the total effective rates of patients in each group were 65.52% in mild group,73.33% in moderate group,80.76%in severe group and 85.71% in very severe group.The comparison of the four groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The comparison between mild group and moderate group,severe group and very severe group was p > 0.05;Compared with severe group(P < 0.05);Compared with the extremely severe group(P < 0.05);Moderate group and severe group P< 0.05;There was significant difference between moderate group and very severe group(P < 0.05).It is concluded that the curative effect of severe and very severe group is better than that of mild and moderate group.(3)The total score of TCM symptoms,cat score and six minute walking distance in each group before and after treatment were significantly improved(P < 0.05).(4)Comparison of total TCM syndrome score,cat score and six minute walking distance difference among the four groups: mild group < moderate group < severe group < very severe group.After statistical comparison,the improvement of total TCM syndrome score,cat score and six minute walking distance among the four groups is very severe group,and severe group is better than mild and moderate group(P < 0.05).(5)After treatment,CD4,CD3 and CD4/CD8 were improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).(6)The patient did not have obvious adverse reactions during clinical observation.There were no significant abnormal changes in liver and kidney function and ECG before and after treatment.Conclusion:(1)Buyuan Juanxiao decoction has curative effect on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage(zongqi deficiency and failure,phlegm and blood stasis underlying the lung),and the curative effect of extremely severe and severe patients is better than that of mild and moderate patients.(2)Buyuan Juanxiao decoction can improve the exercise tolerance of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage(Qi deficiency and failure,phlegm and blood stasis underlying the lung),and the improvement of exercise tolerance in very severe and severe patients is better than that in mild and moderate patients.(3)Buyuan Juanxiao decoction can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage(syndrome of qi deficiency and failure,phlegm and blood stasis underlying the lung).The improvement of quality of life of patients with very severe and severe disease is better than that of patients with mild and moderate disease.(4)Buyuan Juanxiao decoction can improve the immunity of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(chronic Qi deficiency and failure,phlegm and blood stasis underlying the lung).(5)Buyuan Juanxiao decoction can treat the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(zongqi deficiency and failure,phlegm and blood stasis in the lung type),and has good safety. |
