| Objective: Whether in the world or in China,the incidence and mortality of lung cancer in all malignant tumors are in the forefront,to the individual,family,the community has brought a great burden.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the method of “Pei Tu Sheng Jin”on the quality of life、the improvement of postoperative discomfort and the influence on mental health of patients with lung and spleen qi deficiency after nonsmall-cell lung carcinoma operation,it is hoped to provide a new basis for TCM rehabilitation after non-small-cell lung carcinoma operation.Methods: A total of 57 patients with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome were selected,including 29 patients in the control group and 28 patients in the treatment group,the baseline data,pathological type,stage of lung cancer,symptoms and signs of the patients were collected,and the patients were evaluated with the first symptom score,quality of life score,KPS score and hospital anxiety and depression scale,blood routine examination,CD cell absolute count examination,liver and kidney function,stool routine,urine routine,ECG.The control group did not use any Chinese medicine plan intervention,according to the lung cancer clinical diagnosis and treatment guide(2018 edition)to complete the Western medicine post-operation auxiliary treatment;The intervention period was 2 months.At the end of the two-month study period,the changes of clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,KPS score,quality of life score,T lymphocyte(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+)and hospital anxiety and depression score before and after treatment were calculated,all data were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 software.Results:1.According to the principle of random control,60 patients were divided into two groups: Treatment Group(N=30)and control group(N=30).During the study,1 case was lost in the treatment group,1case was removed,and 1 case was lost in the control group.Before treatment,the baseline data(sex,age,pathological type,pathological stage,TCM symptom score,KPS score,QOL score,hospital anxiety and depression score)were compared between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the data were comparable.2.TCM symptom score: At the end of the treatment cycle,the total score of TCM symptoms in both groups decreased to some extent,indicating that the symptoms of postoperative rehabilitation of lung cancer will gradually improve.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the treatment group had more advantages in improving the postoperative symptoms of patients with lung cancer,the effective rate of the treatment group was 82.14%,and the effective rate of the control group was 34.48%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.KPS score: the KPS score of the treatment group and the control group increased after the end of the treatment cycle,the KPS score of the treatment group increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Quality of life score: the quality of life of the treatment group and the control group were improved after the treatment period,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of physical disorder and the score of mobility in the treatment group(P=0.00<0.01)showed that the method of cultivating earth to generate gold had more significant advantages in improving the physical disorder and mobility of the patients after lung cancer operation.5.T lymphocyte: at the end of treatment cycle,the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ in T lymphocyte in treatment group were increased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with control group(P<0.05).6.Anxiety score: before treatment,82.14% of the patients in the control group had anxiety and depression,and 82.76% of the patients in the treatment group had anxiety and depression.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),the decrease of HADS in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).7.In the whole study process,the two groups of patients did not appear adverse reactions and drug allergy,program safety is good.Objective:The method of cultivating earth to generate gold can accelerate the rehabilitation of patients with lung and spleen deficiency type of non-small-cell lung carcinoma after operation,and has a significant promoting effect on improving various uncomfortable symptoms,KPS score and quality of life after operation,it can affect the level of T lymphocyte(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)and improve the patients’ anxiety and depression. |
