Clinical Efficacy Of Gui Kidney Pill With Gentle Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Early-onset Ovarian Insufficiency Of Kidney Qi Deficiency Type

OBJECTIVE: To clinically observe the therapeutic efficacy of GUI Kidney Pill with mild moxibustion in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney qi deficiency type.To explore the advantages of TCM gynecology in treating this disease,expecting to find a simple,safe and effective treatment method,and to explore its treatment principles to provide theoretical basis and ideas for clinical practice,and to expand the advantages of TCM gynecology.METHODS: Diagnostic criteria,inclusion and exclusion were used to screen the study subjects who met the selection criteria.The random number method was used to numerically code all eligible patients according to the order in which they were collected,and the selected 60 patients were divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.Both the treatment group and the control group started to take Guei Ren Wan on the 5th day after menstruation for 20 days per month for 3 months.In the treatment group,mild moxibustion(Guan Yuan,Kidney Yu,Zi Gong,Zhong Ji and Qi Hai)was used once a day for 10 days a month for 3 months.Observe the amount of POI TCM symptoms evaluation before and after treatment in both groups.Blood FSH,LH,E2,number of sinus follicles,and clinical treatment efficiency.The data were analyzed to observe the effect and safety of the combination of GUI Kidney Pill and mild moxibustion in the treatment of POI.Results:1.In terms of the overall efficacy,the combination of GUI Kidney Pill and mild moxibustion could effectively treat early-onset ovarian insufficiency of kidney qi deficiency type,with an overall effective rate of 86.67%,which was better than that of herbal therapy alone(effective rate of 63.33%).2.TCM symptom scores: There was no difference in the TCM symptom scores between the two groups of patients after enrollment,which could be compared before treatment.In both groups after treatment with both treatment modes,the symptoms improved(P<0.05),and the most significant improvement was in the treatment group in comparison.This reflects the fact that Gui Kidney Pill can treat POI with kidney qi deficiency,and supplemented with mild moxibustion can treat POI more effectively.3.FSH,LH,E2,and sinus follicle count: after analysis,there was no significant difference in the degree of improvement in FSH,E2,LH,and sinus follicle count between the two treatment modalities in the treatment and control groups(P>0.05).Both treatment modalities improved FSH,E2,and LH(P<0.05),but the effect on the sinus follicle count of the patients improved very little(P>0.05).Conclusion: Both groups were effective in improving clinical symptoms and FSH,LH,and E2,but there was little improvement in the number of sinus follicles in patients,and the treatment group was better in improving clinical symptoms.It is suggested that the combination of GUI Kidney Pill and mild moxibustion can treat premature ovarian function in kidney qi deficiency type with a high clinical safety factor,and it is a treatment method worth being widely used.
