| The COVID-19 outbreak is a major challenge to the health of our people, but it has also aroused people’s attention and attention to health issues. From the end of 2019 to the end of 2021,the elderly, the weakest link in epidemic prevention and control, have become important disseminators of health information. It can be said that the epidemic has further improved the health literacy and media literacy of the elderly, and greatly promoted the awareness of communication among the elderly. The elderly are no longer passive recipients of health information, but active disseminators of health information.Due to the influence of stereotypes and other factors, although children are the best communication objects that they can easily contact, they do not become active feedbacks to the communication behavior of the elderly group.Based on grounded theory as guidance, this paper analyzed spread to children as a disseminator of the elderly health and epidemic prevention information and the factors affecting the morphogenesis of obstacles,in 21 elderly and 10 children in the elderly to carry out the qualitative interviews,Nvivo12 qualitative analysis software is used to analyse the interview data open coding, axial coding, selective coding,Finally,it is concluded that there are three major obstacles to the dissemination of epidemic prevention and health information among the elderly, namely,"the communicator intends to transmit, and the listener does not intend to";"Don’t disturb, just listen";The four major influencing factors of "discourse contention, intensification of contradiction" and the formation of obstacles are personal factor, intergenerational relationship factor, objective environmental factor and information factor.Based on the above analysis results, this paper finally proposes strategies to break the barriers of health information dissemination in the elderly from the cognitive and action levels. |
