| Objective:To investigate the effect of different doses of cisatracurium combined with caudal block in laparoscopic hernia surgery in children.Methods:90 cases of children undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair in our hospital from October 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into three groups(30/group).According to the different doses of cisatracurium, they were divided into group A(n= 30),group B(n = 30)and group C(n = 30).A single intravenous injection of different doses of cisatracurium was given after anesthesia induction, with 0.08mg/kg in group A,0.05 mg/kg in group B,and 0.1 mg/kg in group C.All children underwent elective surgery under general anesthesia combined with caudal block. The hemodynamic changes, anesthesia induction time, operation time, recovery time, extubation time, surgical condition scores and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and recorded in the three groups..Results:Heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and saturation of pulse oximetry(Sp O2)at the time of entering the operating room(T0),after induction of anesthesia(T1),and one minute after intubation(T2)in the three groups were no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in HR,MAP and Sp O2 between the three groups at the time of pneumoperitoneum established(T3)and ten minutes after pneumoperitoneum(T4)(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the operation time and anesthesia induction time among the three groups(P>0.05).The recovery time and extubation time of group B were shorter than those of group C and group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time and extubation time of the group A were shorter than those of the group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical condition scores in the group A and the group C was higher than that of the group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in surgical condition scores between the group A and the group C(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of cis-atracurium at a dose of 0.08 mg/kg under general anesthesia combined with sacral anesthesia can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time and extubation time in pediatric laparoscopic hernia surgery, maintain hemodynamic stability, and it also reduces the incidence of adverse reactions during surgery as a safe approach. |
