Acupuncture For The Treatment Of Pain Caused By Rheumatic Knee Arthritis

Objectives:Through the observation of acupuncture needle acupuncture release nerve treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)the curative effect of knee pain,evaluate the effectiveness of the acupuncture needle acupuncture release nerve analgesia,and to explore the analgesic mechanism of acupuncture needle acupuncture release nerve,for the future treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of the knee joint pain provides a new kind of treatment method,for reference.Methods: Xixty patients with knee pain who met the diagnostic criteria for rheumatoid arthritis were studied and treated.All patients were given anti-rheumatic drugs: Leflunomide20 mg,once a day,methotrexate tablet 10 mg,once a week;Folic acid tablets 5mg once a week.Randomized control group,experimental group thirty cases: on the basis of anti-rheumatism treatment,acupuncture needle release nerve;The control group(thirty cases)received only basic antirheumatic drugs.In the experimental group,acupuncture needles were used to release the nerves,and bilateral saphenous nerves,bilateral posterior tibial nerves,bilateral common peroneal nerves and bilateral accessory nerves were selected.The needle was kept for 10 min,three times as a course of treatment,and a total of two courses of treatment were given.During the course of the disease,oral analgesics could be given to patients in both groups when pain occurred,and the dosage was recorded.SAS Self-rating Anxiety Scale scores,SDS Self-rating Depression Scale Score and PAIN NRS scores were observed in the two groups.Rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)results.Results: There was no statistical difference in the general situation indicators between the two groups(P > 0.05);The knee pain scores of the two groups were improved,and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The total amount of analgesic drugs in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P < 0.05).SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group and control group were improved after treatment,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).Rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)decreased in experimental group and control group before and after treatment.There was no significant difference between groups.Conclusion: Compared with the treatment of antirheumatic drugs alone,the combined application of acupuncture needle to relieve the pain of rheumatoid arthritis knee joint can significantly reduce the total amount of analgesic drugs.Acupuncture needle has certain clinical significance in the treatment of this kind of pain,which is suitable for clinical research and promotion.
