| Objective:By collecting the clinical data and follow-up of patients with endometrial carcinoma(EC)in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Shanxi Bethune Hospital(Former Shanxi Big Hospital)from January 2012 to December 2020,the clinical characteristics of EC patients in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,to explore the related factors affecting the prognosis of EC,and analyze the related factors affecting lymph node metastasis,to provide reference for clinical work. Methods:The clinical data of 245 EC patients who were surgically treated in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Shanxi Bethune Hospital(Former Shanxi Big Hospital)from January 2012 to December 2020 and were diagnosed by pathology were collected, and their prognosis was followed up by telephone,We Chat and outpatient clinics. The clinical data of 245 EC patients were statistically described.Kaplan-meier method was used to draw the survival curve, and the 5-year OS rate was calculated.Univariate analysis was performed by log-rank test, and multivariate analysis was performed by COX regression model(Forward LR method). To investigate the prognostic factors of EC and lymph node metastasis.Results:1.A total of 245 cases were included in this study,21 died and 224 survived. The overall prognosis was good.2.Univariate analysis showed that pregnancy, comorbidities(obesity, hypertension, diabetes, other malignant tumors),surgical methods, and postoperative adjuvant therapy had little effect on the prognosis of EC(all P>0.05).Age,menopausal status,FIGO stage, pathological classification, histological grade, vascular invasion, tumor volume and lymph node involvement had an impact on the prognosis of EC(all P<0.05).3.Multivariate analysis showed that FIGO stage(P<0.001)and histological grade(P=0.002)were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of EC.4.Univariate analysis of lymph node metastasis showed that histological grade, muscle invasion, vascular invasion and tumor volume(all P < 0.05)had influence on lymph node metastasis in EC patients.Multivariate analysis showed that histological grade(P=0.039),myometrial invasion(P=0.027)were independently associated with lymph node metastasis.Conclusion:1.The overall prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer is good.2.FIGO stage and histological grade are independent risk factors for EC prognosis.3.Histological grade and muscle invasion were independently correlated with EC lymph node metastasis. |
