Clinical Effect Of Vitamin D Combined With Pulmonary Rehabilitation On Patients With Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:Assess the clinical effect of vitamin D combined with pulmonary rehabilitation on patients with AECOPD,and talk over the feasibility of the programme.Methods:58 patients with AECOPD,who hospitalized in the first hospital of Shanxi Medical University from October 2020 to November 2021,were randomly divided into 30 cases in the control group and 28 cases in the experimental group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the experimental group was intervened with oral vitamin D combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training.The outcomes,which include the pulmonary function（FEV₁,FVC,FEV₁/FVC and FEV₁%pred）,mMRC,CAT,power of gripping,5STS,SAS and SDS,were made a comparison between two groups after different treatments at the same time.Results:There was no significant difference in pulmonary function between the 2 groups before and after treatment.There were statistically significant differences in mMRC,CAT score,power of gripping,5STS,SAS and SDS scores between 2 groups after treatment（P<0.05）.Before treatment,anxiety（SAS）and depression（SDS）scores of all patients were positively correlated with CAT,negatively correlated with FEV₁%pred,anxiety（SAS）and depression（SDS）were significantly positively correlated（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Based on vitamin D combined with pulmonary rehabilitation,it can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with AECOPD,increase the muscle strength,relieve anxiety and depression.Its therapeutic value is of great significance.
