Research On Information Management Of Electronic Medical Records In Public Hospitals

In recent years,electronic medical record as the core of hospital information construction is one of the requirements of the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy,has also become an important tool to improve the comprehensive level of hospital operation and management,and strengthen the defense line of medical security.Especially in the context of the normalization of the epidemic,almost all medical work needs the support of informatization.As the integration of patients’ comprehensive information,electronic medical record is an important reference for the formulation,adjustment and evaluation of clinical diagnosis and treatment plans,as well as a key information source for epidemic reporting and epidemiological investigation.However,there are still many obstacles in the application of electronic medical records.It is necessary to give play to the effectiveness of the government,the hospital and all sectors of society to solve the problems of funds,technology and standards.This paper focuses on the information management of electronic medical records and takes Lianyungang G District People’s Hospital as the main research object.Firstly,searched the database platform through the name of the article,keywords,abstract,then made the classification of the collected information,and summarized the domestic and foreign discourse on the management of electronic medical records information in hospitals.Secondly,field research and interviews were used to grasp the basic situation of information management of electronic medical record in public hospitals in a whole,including the relevant policy background,the construction of hospital informatization and the current situation of management.On this basis,the paper drew on the theory of technology acceptance and previous research scales to design a questionnaire about medical staff’s attitude towards the use of electronic medical record system,and then completed the questionnaire distribution,data collection and analysis.Finally,according to the results of the survey,combined with the theory of public governance,this paper completed the problems of electronic medical record information management,cause analysis,specific measures proposed,and at the end of the paper were summaries and prospects.
