Objective:Based on inflammation index score is used to predict prognosis of cancer have been reported, but not enough to consider single indicator in patients with preoperative state of inflammation and appear prediction deviation,we consider the platelet count/lymphocyte count by neutrophils(SII)for predicting recurrence of liver cancer patients with radical resection of early prediction effect is better than the other prediction method, and verified. Methods:The data of HCC patients who underwent therapeutic hepatectomy from June 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.SII values were calculated based on the immune indexes of patients 3-7 days before surgery, and ROC curves were drawn to determine the optimal cut-off value. The patients were divided into two groups according to whether they had relapsed within 2 years for single-factor analysis.AFP and differentiation degree were included in COX multivariate regression model to compare their statistical significance. Results:The data showed that high SII was an independent risk factor for early tumor recurrence, and the recurrence rate of 2 years after operation in the group with high SII was significantly higher than that in the group with low SII.Conclusion:Preoperative SII can be used as an independent predictor of early recurrence in patients undergoing radical hepatectomy, and can be used to screen suitable patients for surgery and guide the intervention of patients with high recurrence.
