Objective:Investigate the status of negative emotions in patients with benign gynecological hysterectomy, and analyze its influencing factors;explore the impact of networked cognitive behavior intervention on the negative emotions and quality of life of patients with benign gynecological hysterectomy, and provide for future clinical promotion Reference. Methods:This study is divided into two partsThe first part: current situation investigation, using convenience sampling method, select 184 patients who were diagnosed as "benign gynecological diseases" in a tertiary general hospital in Shanxi Province from October 2020 to May 2021 and meet the criteria for hysterectomy as the research object A questionnaire survey was conducted using the general demographic data questionnaire, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)to investigate the patients with benign gynecological diseases who underwent hysterectomy through univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The status quo of negative emotions and the main influencing factors. The second part: clinical intervention,quasi-experimental research,72 patients who met the standards in a tertiary hospital in Shanxi from February 2021 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and experimental group by simple random grouping method. There were 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education and psychological support, and the experimental group used the We Chat public account to conduct network-based cognitive behavioral intervention on this basis. The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the brief health measurement scale(SF-36)were used to evaluate the effect before and after the intervention.Results:1.The SAS score of 184 patients with benign gynecological diseases who underwent hysterectomy was(57.59±9.16),and the SDS score was(53.65±9.72),which were higher than the domestic norm(P<0.05).2.The results of univariate analysis of anxiety in this study showed that age, education level, occupational status, per capita monthly income of the family, primary caregivers, understanding of the disease, acceptance of hysterectomy, and worry about the prognosis of the disease were included in the SAS score The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);the results of univariate analysis of depression in this study showed that age, marital status, place of residence, per capita monthly income of the family, primary caregiver, degree of understanding of the disease, degree of acceptance of hysterectomy, and Whether or not to worry about the prognosis of the disease was significantly different in the SDS score(P<0.05).3.The results of multiple linear regression showed that age, education level, understanding of the disease, and acceptance of hysterectomy were the main influencing factors for anxiety(P<0.05);The degree of understanding of the disease and the acceptance of hysterectomy were the main influencing factors of depression(P<0.05).4.The general data of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were balanced, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.After the networked cognitive behavioral intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the experimental group were(43.83±9.74)and(41.32±7.64)respectively,and the intervention results were significantly better than those in the control group(51.06±8.62)and(47.17±9.93)points,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The quality of life of the patients in the two groups, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the short-form health measurement scale(SF-36)one month after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The level of anxiety and depression in patients with benign gynecological diseases hysterectomy is at a high level, and medical staff should take appropriate psychological intervention measures according to the patient’s situation to help patients reduce anxiety, depression and other negative emotions.2.Networked cognitive-behavioral intervention can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with benign gynecological diseases after hysterectomy, and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
