organizational management(r=0.807,P<0.05),doctor-patient relationship(r=0.785,P<0.05),work return(r=0.783,P<0.05),working environment(r=0.765,P<0.05),work pressure(r=0.714,P<0.05),and work itself(r=0.529,P<0.05).(3)The satisfaction and overall satisfaction of outpatient doctors with different demographic characteristics and work conditions in various dimensions will affect the job satisfaction of outpatient doctors. There were significant differences in the satisfaction scores of outpatient doctors in the humanistic care dimension of different genders, and the satisfaction scores of women were higher than those of men(t=-2.080,P<0.05);the satisfaction scores of outpatient doctors with different working years in the doctor-patient relationship and humanistic care dimensions were significantly different, among which the satisfaction scores of doctors who worked for 21-30 years were higher than those of 5 years of work and below, and the score of 6-10 years of work(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of doctors in 21-30 years of work is lower than that of 5 years of work and below,6-10 years of work, and 11-20 years of work(P<0.05);(4)The results of the binary logistic regression analysis show that overtime(OR:0.630,95%CI:0.183-2.166,P<0.05)and average overtime hours(OR:0.635,95% CI:0.348-1.159,P<0.05)are independent protective factors for doctors’ job satisfaction. There were significant differences in the satisfaction scores of outpatient doctors with different academic qualifications in the work environment and work return dimensions, and the with different job titles in the humanistic care dimension, and the satisfaction scores of the two-to-two comparison were higher than those of intermediate and sub-senior(P<0.05);the satisfaction scores of doctors who occasionally worked overtime were higher than those of doctors who worked overtime frequently;doctors with less workload were under work pressure, working environment,The satisfaction scores of the human environment dimension were higher than the satisfaction scores of doctors for other workloads(P<0.05).(4)The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that overtime and workload have a significant impact on the total score of job satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall job satisfaction level of outpatient doctors in a tertiary hospital in Shanxi Province is at a medium level, and the satisfaction scores of outpatient doctors on the doctorpatient relationship and the work itself are higher,of which the lowest satisfaction scores are work pressure and work returns;there is a significant positive correlation between the satisfaction scores between each dimension and the overall satisfaction scores;and the satisfaction and overall satisfaction of outpatient doctors with different demographic characteristics and different work conditions gradually change in each dimension. The influencing factors of the overall job satisfaction of outpatient doctors are overtime and workload, according to the factors affecting the overall satisfaction of the work, analyze the reasons for its dissatisfaction,we hope that the hospital management
