Compatibility Characteristics Of The Prescriptions For Promoting Blood Circulation And Removing Blood Stasis In "Medicine Forest Correction" Research

Objective:This paper takes the 22 blood-activating stasis prescriptions in“Medical Forest Correction”as the research object,explores the theoretical thinking of Qi and Blood in“Medical Forest Correction”and the compatibility characteristics of blood-activating stasis prescriptions,in order to provide a certain literature basis and clinical basis for the treatment of blood stasis certificates clinically.Methods:In this paper,literature research and statistical research methods were used to collect the blood-activating and stasisreducing formulas in“Medical Forest Correction”,a total of 22 songs.After sorting out,the name of the prescription,the composition of the drugs,the frequency of drugs use,and the drugs are imported into Word,and the basic database of the prescription for activating blood and dissolving stasis is established using Excel,and the drugs that do not appear in the prescription are counted as 0,and the drugs that appear are counted as 1.The above-collected data were analyzed using SPSS Modeler 18.0 to discover the compatibility characteristics of the Blood Activating Stasis Stasis Prescription and the Wang’s Qi and Blood Theory of“Medical Forest Correction”.1.By sorting out the 22 blood-activating and stasis-reducing formulas in“Medical Forest Correction”,the frequency analysis of high-frequency drugs was carried out.2.Analyze the correlation rules of drugs with a frequency greater than or equal to 4 for the use of blood-activating stasis prescriptions.Results:1.The top eight herbs used in the 22 blood-activating stasisreducing formulas in“Medical Forest Correction”are arranged from high to low,namely peach kernel,safflower,red peony,angelica,licorice,astragalus,chuanxiong,and bupleurum.2.The drugs with high regular support in the“Medical Forest Correction”are basically composed of the drugs of peach red four things soup.3.The first four digits of the frequency of drug attribution in“Medical Forest Correction”are entered into the liver meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian,and lung meridian respectively.Conclusion:1.In most of the blood-activating and stasis-reducing formulas in "Medical Forest Correction",Wang Qingren often accompanies Peach Kernel and flexibly cuts based on peach red four-sub stance soup.In the use of prescriptions,it is the principle of activating blood without forgetting to rationalize qi,supplementing qi with the overall principle of activating blood,laying the foundation for dialectical treatment based on Qi and Blood.2.In "Medical Forest Correction",Wang Qingren founded Qi and Blood invigorating method,adopting the treatment principle of paying equal attention to Blood and Qi,especially emphasizing Qi,focusing on Astragalus to achieve the work of rejuvenating Qi and Blood.Through the compatibility of different doses of Astragalus membranaceus,different effects are exerted.3.“Medical Forest Correction”Wang Qingren uses menstrual medicine:(1)The head and limbs and the blood vessels around the body are in stasis,and the menstrual medicine uses musk and rice wine.(2)Blood stasis in the chest "Blood House",the use of platycodon and bupleurum in the use of menstrual medicine.(3)Blood stasis in the abdomen and abdomen,the use of Yuan Hu,wu medicine,and Incense to match.(4)Phlegm and blood stasis are intertwined in the pharynx,so the treatment should be qi activating and blood circulation removing blood stasis,and the meridian guiding medicine should be Platycodon grandiflorum.(5)For the treatment of paralysis,use Gentiana,notopterygium,Achyranthes,and earthworm.
