| Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of trigger point lateral punture combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of patients with cervicogenic headache. Methods:In this project,a total of 64 patients who met the selection criteria of cervical headache are selected.Divided into a treatment group and a control group have 32 cases in each of it.In control group, conventional acupuncture is used for intervention, included GB20,GV20,ST8,GB8,EX-HN5 and LI4.Besides conventional acupuncture, the treatment group adopts trigger point lateral punture.Continuous treatment for 3 weeks. Before treatment and 3weeks after treatment, the patients are evaluated with visual analogue scale(VAS),headache index score, range of motion(ROM),and total accompanying symptoms. The collected data is statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0 software.Result:A total of 64 patients with cervicogenic headache are included in this study, including 4 cases of detachment, including 2 cases in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group.Data from patients who completed clinical studies are analyzed.1.Before treatment, the difference in age, course of disease visual analogue scale(VAS),headache index scores, range of motion(ROM),total accompanying symptoms between the treatment group and the control group are not significant(P>0.05).2.Comparing the treatment group and the control group before treatment and 3 weeks after treatment, the difference in scores of the all scales is statistically to each(P<0.05).3.After three weeks of treatment, the difference in visual analogue scale(VAS),headache index scores and total accompanying symptoms between the treatment group and the control group is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of each table in the t-reatment group are lower than those of the control group, and the difference is statist-ically significant(P<0.05).The scale of range of motion(ROM)is decreased in both gr o-ups,but the difference is not significant(P>0.05).4.In terms of the overall effectivness rate after treatment, the total effectiveness rate f or the treatment group is 93.33%,and that of the control group is 86.67%.The overall effectiveness rate of the treatment group is significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference in total effectiveness rates of two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The trigger point lateral punture with conventional acupuncture and conventional a cupuncture alone both can improve clinical symptoms in patients with cervical headac he,and the clinical effect is significant.2.For patients with cervical headache, the effect of the trigger point lateral punture combined with conventional acupuncture is better than that of conventional acupuncture alone in visual analogue scale(VAS),headache index score and total accompanying symptoms. The difference in range of motion(ROM)is not obvious. |
