| Objective:The questionnaire of CHF patients was evaluated and test the applicability of the questionnaire for the future study of the status and related factors,and a reference for personalized health education intervention for CHF patients.Methods:1.Questionnaire preparation:Based on the theory of knowledge,trust and practice,the initial questionnaire is formed through qualitative research,combining document analysis and reference to authoritative evaluation tools and relevant guidelines.Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the contents of the initial questionnaire were evaluated,and the initial questionnaire was revised and improved according to the expert opinions to form the test questionnaire.2.Questionnaire evaluation and test:Using the convenience sampling method,250 family caregivers of patients with chronic heart failure from 3tertiary class A general hospitals in Harbin from July to September 2021 were selected as the basic population to evaluate the questionnaire.The critical ratio method,Pearson correlation coefficient method and discrete trend method were used for project analysis.insignificant items were removed to form a formal test questionnaire.The questionnaire reliability is tested according to Cronbach’s coefficient and test-retest reliability coefficient,and by exploratory factor analysis.Results:1.Initial questionnaire results:The initial questionnaire was formed through qualitative research,document analysis,and reference to authoritative assessment tools and related guidelines,including 4 primary alternatives and41 secondary alternatives.2.Delphi Expert Consultation Results:After two rounds of expert consultation,the degree of experts was 88%and 100%;the authority coefficient of experts was 0.92 and 0.90;and the coordination degree of Kendall W(Kendall’s W)was 0.17 and 0.15,respectively.After the revision and improvement according to the expert opinion,the test questionnaire containing 4 first-level items and 42 second-level items was formed.After the two rounds of expert consultation,the average correlation value of each item was 3.87～5.00 points,the coefficient of variation was 0.00～0.21,and the full score rate was>20%.3.Questionnaire evaluation results:A total of 250 questionnaires were issued in this study,and 238 valid questionnaires were obtained.The effective recovery rate was 95.20%.The critical ratio of each item was 0.916～18.556.The correlation coefficient analysis of the score of each item was 0.461～0.803.After the discrete trend analysis,the total coefficient of variation of the remaining 29 items could be>15%.Form a test questionnaire including 4first level entries and 29 second level entries.4.Questionnaire test results:(1)Reliability test:the internal consistency reliability Cronbach’s coefficient is 0.955,the factor Cronbach’s is0.961,0.917,0.889 and 0.775;the retest reliability coefficient is 0.939,0.961,0.898 and 0.835,which has statistical significance(P<0.01).(2)Validity test:The validity range of content I-CVI is 0.83～1.00,and S-CVI is0.98.Structure validity:exploratory factor analysis produces 4 common factors,cumulative explained variation of 68.356%;all item factor load 0.4standard;x~2/df=833.269/367=2.270,GFI=0.922,NFI=0.869,IFI=0.922,RMSEA=0.073,model good fit.Conclusions:1.The Questionnaire on Family Carever Ability of Care for Patients with Chronic Heart Failure compiled in this study includes 29 items in four dimensions:care knowledge,care behavior,care attitude and external support.After examination,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good,and all indicators meet the measurement standards and are scientific.2.The preparation process of Family Carers’Care Ability of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure Questionnaire is standardized and reasonable in content.Items and dimensions reflect the content requirements of the theoretical framework of knowledge,credit and practice,and can basically reflect the care ability of family caregivers of patients with chronic heart failure,so the next exploratory research can be carried out in clinical practice. |
