Analysis Of Professor Liu Zhaoxia’s Medication Rule In The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective: Through the retrospective analysis of the clinical data of Professor Liu Zhaoxia in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,this paper summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and medication of Professor Liu Zhaoxia in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,so as to provide reference experience for the clinical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods: the outpatient medical records of gastroesophageal reflux disease patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Liu Zhaoxia from November 2017 to November 2021 were collected.The general condition,clinical symptoms,diagnosis and prescription(only the first effective prescription was selected for multiple visits)were collected,and the collected data were standardized.The frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and correlation analysis of the data are carried out by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform V3.0 and SPSS25.0 software.Results:1.General data: among 244 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease,the ratio of male to female was 1:1.7.The age of illness was mainly 30-59 years old,accounting for 65.57% of all age groups.2.Statistical results of clinical symptoms and syndrome types:acid regurgitation,heartburn,stomach distension,dry mouth,bitter mouth,difficulty in falling asleep,fatigue,loose stool,stomachache and irritability are the main symptoms.The three syndrome types with higher frequency are qi depression and phlegm stagnation syndrome,spleen deficiency and damp-heat syndrome,and liver-stomach disharmony syndrome.3.Statistical results of frequency,efficacy,four qi and five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine:the drugs used more than 90 times were Fritillaria thunbergia,corrugated seed,cuttlebone,magnolia,clam shell,Fructus Aurantii,Bupleurum,Coix seed,Pinellia ternate,Coptis chinensis,Poria cocos,Evodia,Radix Astragali,Codonopsis pilosula.The efficacy of the top 5 drugs are resolving phlegm,relieving cough and relieving asthma,promoting diuresi s and dampness,regulating qi,tonifying deficiency and clearing heat.Among the four qi,cold,warm and flat drugs are the main;Xin,bitter and Gan drugs are the most frequently used,and the three meridians of spleen,lung and stomach have the highest frequency of meridians.4.Statistical results of drug association rule analysis:there were 6 core drugs,17 drug combinations and 30 association rules,and 4 drug combinations were extracted:combination 1:Fritillaria thunbergia,corrugated seed,clam shell,cuttlebone;combination 2:Fructus Aurantii,Magnolia officinalis;combination 3:corrugated seed,Magnolia officinalis;combination 4: Fritillaria thunbergii,Magnolia officinalis,Fructus Aurantii.5.The results of drug cluster analysis showed that there were four core combinations of drugs:the first group was Fritillaria thunbergia,corrugated seed,cuttlebone,clam shell,magnolia and Fructus Aurantii;the second group of cluster drugs were Magnolia officinalis,Coptis chinensis,Zhejiang Fritillaria,Cuttlebone,corrugated seedand the third group were Bupleurum,Magnolia,Fructus Aurantii,Fritillaria thunbergii,Cuttlebone,corrugated seed.The fourth group of cluster drugs are:Fritillaria thunbergii,Pinellia ternata,Butterfly,Peran,Poria,Coix seed.6.Syndrome type and drugs,symptoms and drugs correlation analysis results:syndrome type and drug correlation analysis showed that there was correlation between qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction syndrome and Pinellia ternata,spleen deficiency and damp-heat syndrome and Radix Astragali,Codonopsis pilosula;liver-stomach disharmony syndrome and Magnolia officinalis,Fructus Aurantii,Jiangxiang,Xiangfu and so on.Symptoms and drug correlation analysis showed that acid regurgitation was correlated with corrugated seed,cuttlebone and clam shell;heartburn was correlated with Coptis chinensis,Evodia rutaecarpa and Salvia miltiorrhiza;stomach distension was correlated with Magnolia officinalis,Fructus Aurantii,tangerine peel,Rhizoma Cyperi,cardamom,cardamom and so on.Conclusion:1.Professor Liu Zhaoxia believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease are living in cold areas for a long time,loss of lung,deficiency of spleen and stomach,the root of the disease,emotional failure,liver and gallbladder invading stomach.2.Professor Liu Zhaoxia believes that the basic treatment of this disease is as follows: invigorating the spleen,regulating the lung and assisting cardinals,purging the liver and gallbladder and stomach qi.3.Professor Liu Zhaoxia’s drugs for the treatment of this disease are mainly cold and warm;the five flavors are mainly bitter,pungent and sweet;meridians are mainly into spleen,stomach,lung and liver;commonly used core drugs are Fritillaria thunbergii,corrugated seed,cuttlebone,magnolia,sea clam shell,Fructus Aurantii,Bupleurum,Coix seed,Pinellia ternata,Coptis chinensis,Poria cocos,Evodia,Radix Astragali,Codonopsis pilosula.
